Just sit back and relax. When you enter St. Tropez you'll know you chose the best. Beach, parking, grocery, restaurants, pool, shopping - all of these are very close. The resort is a gated community with a resort style pool and child friendly.
This space is...bright, airy, and close to the beach. Class, elegance, and style prevail in the Mediterranean home. Enjoy the Luxury linens, towels, soaps, the gulf view from the top patio, and some BBQ on the balcony, everything you need is right here.
THE SPACE
*Smart TV's in every room for streaming your favorite shows. Yes, we used to
have cable, but there was NEVER anything on. So, we changed to streaming
*Heavy, absorbent luxury towels
*Blow Dryers
*Extra Full Size kitchen with plenty of counter top space, dishwasher, large refrigerator and Keurig.
*Full House Yamaha Network Stereo with Volume controls in every room, garage and deck - Bluetooth, Pandora, NetRadio compatible
*Oversized Front Loading Washer with mini washer on top and Dryer (with built-in steam function)
*Built-in Grill on second floor deck off of the living room
*Wet-bars on the first and second floors, second floor wet bar also has a mini fridge. NOTE: The mini-fridge in the kitchen is for the owner use only.
*Check-In – 4 PM (Central) very rare to have early check-in...see below
*Check-Out – 10 AM (Central) very important or cleaning company will give me a talking too. :)

2nd Bunk Room. + Single trundle bed
3rd Floor 2 King bedrooms
Each floor has a balcony or lanai. There are wet bars on the first and second floor balconies and a built in grill with the second floor wet bar.
The garage has most, if not all, that you'll need either to take to the beach or enjoy while you're relaxing at home.
Driveway will fit 4 cars (2 on each side) DO NOT park in the grass please. There is additional parking nearby on the street.
No Trailers, RVs, campers, or oversized vehicles are allowed in the subdivision.
Beach Umbrella - the sun is nice but...shade will be needed.
Beach Chairs - Lean back because it's all about relaxing, right?
Beach Cart - These arms aren't carrying that stuff to the beach!
Shovels and pails - They need some type of entertainment other than Cocomelon.
Bicycles - evening walks are great bikes are just faster
Golf cart - ok, I'm just lazy. It is what it is. And it's kinda pimped out.
Fussball table - Little kid friendly i.e. no bonked heads.
Ping Pong - that's there too.
*Beach Towels- we do not provide beach towels. Please be sure to pack accordingly.
Pet Policy: 1 pet allowed during off season (weight and breed restrictions apply). Please send inquiry with Breed and weight details and inquire about the pet fee. :)
NOTE ON TAXES: In addition to the tax collected by AirBnB, there is an additional County and Tourism Tax that IS ALREADY included in the nightly rate.
NOTE: St Tropez is Luxury community and large events/parties are prohibited by the HOA. HOA Community Restriction Age Requirement: Please be aware of the age requirement to rent: 25 years of age. Also, you may not exceed the capacity of 12 people in the home without written permission. This is an HOA rule as well. Security will be notified by the HOA if this occurs. Please note that these are community restrictions- if you do not correspond with these rules, unless you have been given written permission, then you are subject to an additional charged fee due to breaching our HOA rules.
Security: We have a security system on the house. Door locks are changed after every stay for security purposes. We have a Ring Doorbell at the front entrance of the home.

Little bit about me - I have four arms.. or so you would think between juggling motherhood, work, 2 dogs (Cruzer - lab and Ellie - golden), dedicated wife (only have take out 3 times a week, ha), and now rental organizer. So I guess make that 5 arms. In my spare time, which is like 5 minutes, I like to decorate our home, shop for clothes that probably won't fit right, and eat Crumbl cookies.
I want to provide you with a luxury experience in our luxury home. Our vacations are what I look forward to every year, and I want to make sure that you are taken care of during yours.
