Property was clean, even though I have never encountered a place that I have to wash the towels used. There were a small issue with roaches and the owner was told in which they were very understanding and will take care of it going forward.Great place/great owner

4/10 – Mangelhaft

Gut: Check-in und Lage
Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit
The pool screen door is broken and there is no screen, which allows insects and other pests to enter the home. We have found roaches in both the kitchen and living room, which is extremely concerning and unacceptable. The chairs in the kitchen are very squeaky and not sturdy, they need to be replaced. The pool lights are not working. The grill does not appear to have been properly cleaned. There are multiple maintenance issues throughout the property that give the impression that the home has not been properly inspected or maintained between guests. Mind you this is my second time and my last time staying here. The first time was amazing but not the second time.

The house is beautiful. Loved the bedrooms, very spacious and they all have their own bathrooms. Pool was a perfect size for my kids however the light burnt out on the first day and was not able to be replaced until after we left. Unfortunately the kitchen had roaches and really made us not want to do any cooking there. The decorative plates on the dining room table still had crumbs on them from the people before so I knew they were not cleaned. The toilets seem to struggle a little bit with flushing. All in all the house is lovely but needs a little more tlc.

Absolutely beautiful home, very spacious and well kept - nicest rental I have ever stayed in. All six kids loved the pool and game room. Great area with lots of friendly neighbors. The only negative was that the beds are very creaky, which woke us up.

Jeannette, Thank you so much for your 5-star review. We're happy that you and your family loved the house and had a great vacation. It was a pleasure to host you and we'll be happy to welcome you back in the future. There is no issue with the heated pool, the problem is that it is not included on any reservation unless we receive a request by the guest. We contacted you twice and sent you the voucher to confirm the heated pool, but unfortunately, we didn't receive a response from you. Thanks!

We enjoyed this home. We had Thanksgiving dinner and everything we needed was in the home (cooking utensils). The property manager went over and beyond and I definitely will be booking again.
