Enjoy our beautifully remodeled home in Long Branch just a few blocks from the beach, Pier Village, and the boardwalk!
Minimum age to rent 23 years old.

This spacious house features:

4 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms

An extra room off the living room with two sofa beds (Queen & Twin) that can serve as a 4th bedroom

Fully furnished with plenty of closet space

Washer & dryer on the 2nd floor

Hardwood floors on the first floor and carpet upstairs

Deck and yard perfect for relaxing.

Free parking inside the yard for up to 7 cars or more(depending on size)

●Location: Corner property 12 mts walking to the beach.

●Entry Instructions

You can choose key or smart-lock entry:

The main entrance has two locks:

Top lock – Use the key from the lockbox (if you choose the key option)

You’ll receive the smart-lock code on the day of arrival

●Air Conditioning

Bedrooms on the 2nd floor have central A/C .

On the 1st floor, window A/C units or split unit.

Please keep all windows and doors closed at all times to avoid freezing the A/C system.

●Towels & Linens

Fresh towels are in the laundry room baskets.

Sheets, blankets, and pillows are available in each room.

{Please no shoes upstairs or on carpeted areas}

●Essentials

Fire extinguisher and cleaning supplies are in the closet next to the kitchen

●Outdoor Amenities

By the shed, you'll find:

1 charcoal BBQ grill [Charcoal not included]

1 cooler

5 beach chairs

2 umbrellas

2 beach blankets

(Please return everything in good condition after use)

●Trash & Recycling

Please separate trash and recyclables

Trash containers are located next to the shed.

●Security

Outdoor areas are monitored by security cameras for your safety.

●No beach passes included.

{After you reservation is confirmed, please provide the full name of all your guests or valid ID.
All guests listed on the reservation must match their valid government-issued ID.
No other guests are permitted to stay at the property under any circumstances.
Failure to provide accurate information before check-in may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Please have in consideration that
you and your guess are financially responsible for any damages or missing items during your stay.
