Thank you for your feedback. We're glad the home worked well for your group and that we were able to quickly take care of the TV and lawn concerns once you reached out. Just to clarify, the grass was actually cut two days before your arrival, but sometimes rapid growth or weather can make it appear less freshly trimmed. We always aim to present the yard at its best and would’ve happily sent someone back if needed. We’re also sorry to hear about the other concerns. We didn’t receive any communication beyond the TV, or we would’ve gladly sent our cleaning team to address anything that didn’t meet your expectations. We want every guest to have a 5-star experience and are always ready to help. As for kitchen items, we provide two large mixing bowls the biggest we could find locally and we’ll double-check the inventory to ensure all baking essentials are in place. Thank you Tiffany for your feedback, I would like to explain all of these issues you mention. We have 6 beds and each bed have 4 pillow that make it total of 24 pillow at the minimum in the house that should make 2 pillows for each of you ladies. The extra blankets and bedsheets was located in master bedroom closet, since you can't find them we drop off extra set for you no problem. The two bathrooms have his and her sink which have 2 mirrors in one bathroom, also our 3 bedrooms have a mirrors double sliding doors closets that should help you get ready easily since is a full body mirrors. We have biweekly service for lawn care but the glass was just a bit tall because it was lot of rain the week of your arrival, however we get it cut as soon as grass dry. Our bedding is all 5 star reviews and most rating but we understanding that everyone have different preference. We are sorry that we didn't meet your high expectation, but we did our best to make sure guests have all the amenities they need during their stay, and/if they have any issues we address right the way for their satisfaction.
