Cute but not very secluded!
Overall we had a good time in this cabin, but we would have preferred a secluded location. It sits on a corner of a pretty busy road, and with lots cars driving past it isn't very private or quiet. It was easy to get to the cabin, and it is walking distance to a few restaurants and pubs.
When we arrived, the porch was covered in yellow pollen dust including the hot tub cover and the patio furniture. The cushions were also wet so we couldn't sit on the couch the first night. The outdoor patio was really fun with the fireplace, hot tub and tv. We spent most of our time out there, so I wish it had been cleaned properly before we arrived.
There are only 2 towels for hot tub and 2 towels for shower. It would have been nice to have more available.
There is only one smart tv in the whole house and it's on the porch. For the cost of this rental, they should have smart TV's available in living and bedroom area! The remote instructions were incorrect for the TV, so it wouldn't turn on. When we tried to call and get someone to walk us through it, the property manager would not help. She asked me to call maintenance, and when I did their mailbox was full. It was another hour before anyone showed up to help, and that is when we realized their instructions were wrong...that could have been resolved so quickly if she had been willing to speak with me. I guess that's what happens when you rent from a big property company vs a person!
Overall the mountains and lake near were breathtaking.
