We offer this 100 m² single-storey house for rent in Saint-Laurent-Médoc, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises a 24 m² living room (with fireplace), fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom (with bath) and a 3,800 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

- A dining area where you can enjoy a meal together.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bathroom with bathtub and double washbasin
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

- A beautiful 3,800 m² garden with furniture available (a large table, 6 chairs, 6 chiliennes) and ball barbecue with utensils and charcoal. The property is fully fenced, as are the plants
- A 42 m² terrace, facing east

The house is ideally located in Saint-Laurent-Médoc, in a quiet residential area, at the end of a cul-de-sac that leads to a pine forest where families with children and dogs go for walks. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as a pizzeria, butcher, chocolatier/ice-cream maker, newsagents...

St Laurent is in the heart of the Médoc, making it ideal for visiting the châteaux, "Carcans plage" with its long sandy beaches is 32 km away, with the possibility of surfing, Hourtin lake is 23 km away, the center of Bordeaux is 43 km away, aeroclub is around ten km away...

- The internationally renowned Médoc Marathon takes place on the 1st weekend of September in Pauillac.
