- Age Limit of no less than 10 years of age on top bunk.
- Weight limit of less than 150 lbs for top bunk.
- Only one person to use top bunk.
- No horse playing in and around the bunk bed, due to potential injury.
- No hanging anything off of the bunk bed.

We have a Ring doorbell and security camera outside in front and back yard for security and deterrence.
COMMUNITY QUIET HOURS
Our community has quiet hours from 10:00pm - 7am. This means no loud music playing or loud chatter outside of the house in front or in backyard. This is so we can respect our neighbors, as well as they respect us.
SMOKE FREE PROPERTY
Our house & property is smoke free, our children have asthma so we try to keep it hypoallergenic. We also find our guests love our property because of this. If a guest does smoke, there is a fee ($300.00). If we have to cancel our next guest reservation, the loss of reservation is also charged to the reservation that smoked.

Please note, the home is equipped with a washer and dryer and cleaning supplies for your convenience. During the stay guests are responsible for their own house cleaning, including washing of towels and bed lining/sheets, blankets etc. as needed.

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS
We provide two fire extinguishers, one is in the laundry room, the other is in the kitchen above the kitchen sink. You agree to find these and in the event of a fire use accordingly and to your ability. You agree to notify us as soon as possible.
