Ideal for up to 6 people, this Duplex called Pinca (means elegant in Provençal) is completely renovated and air-conditioned. It is located on the first and second floors of a typical building.

You are in the quiet area of Evariste Gras steeped in history with the cinema "Le Lumière" dating from 1913 in the style "Eiffelien" and its superb market place typically Provençal. All close to the quays of the old port, its restaurants and shops. The beaches, the “Calanque” are within walking distance.

You will feel at the same time some modernity and authenticity with a soft balance between wood, steel, relaxing colors, modern pieces, trends and the "Photo Gallery" running through the accommodation. There is a spirit, a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that you will appreciate.

It is the perfect place to fully enjoy the sweetness of Ciotadenne life by foot.

Although on the first floor, the entrance is on the ground floor by a private staircase serving as an entrance hall.

The bright living room offers a very pleasant feeling of volume with its zenithal ceiling at more than 5m high and the 4 large windows offering a double exposure.

The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room and dining area. You benefit from fiber, a large connected TV. A Marshall Bluetooth speaker is also available.

The 3 air-conditioned bedrooms are spread over 2 floors. All offer quality and recent spring bedding. Each room offers two single beds that we can put together into a double bed with mattress topper on request. Each bedroom offers blackout shutters and curtains.

On the main level is the suite with its private bathroom and wardrobe.



The other two bedrooms are on the upper level and also equipped with wardrobe.

The second bathroom with double sink is also on this level. You will also find the washing machine/dryer.

Two separate toilets are on the lower level.

You will have access to a secure outdoor courtyard to park your bikes or scooters sheltered from the rain.

Other remarks

We put at your disposal 1 parking space at the Indigo old port car park located 270m walk. You can park at the foot of the apartment to unload on arrival.

It is possible to park 2h free on the street.

The house is equipped with a washing machine / dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.

It cannot be rented to organize parties or events.

Check-in times: 4pm-7pm. Departure time: 9am-11am.

In summer, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.



The district

The apartment is located in the area of the old port, nestled in the heart of the old town of La Ciotat, which runs quietly through small streets full of charm, and cleared of all traffic, the center being pedestrian. Discover houses whose construction spread from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Sadi Carnot square and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.

Also take advantage of the new docks of the old port totally renovated in 2019. The markets, the terraces are an invitation to enjoy the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.

You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its rugged and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed «THE GULF OF LOVE» but also its hinterland: park of the Calanques, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and Calanque of Mugel, the green island, the beaches, circuit of the Castellet, etc.

On or under water, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the sun.

You can also take back your vehicle and embark at your leisure on the discovery of the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, practice hiking in the Massif du Castellet or in the reserve of the Calanques, discover the Golden Islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, etc.
