Located in the heart of the beautiful neighborhood of Golden Hill, this is a prime location for visiting San Diego. Super close to Downtown and Balboa Park and just a few blocks away from trendy coffee shops, breweries and restaurants.

Guest interaction is minimal. You can call, email or text me if you need anything or have any questions, but we are set up for self check in at your convenience.

Located only 4 minutes away from the Zoo and beautiful Balboa Park, and with quick freeway access you can get to the beaches and Sea World in about 10 -15 minutes. Just a few blocks walking and you will find many great restaurants. You can cook your own steak at the Turf Club, or indulge great Italian food at Luigis (has outdoor patio as well) or have a quick taco or burrito at Humberto's. Influx, the trendiest coffee shop, is half a block away and will serve you the best croissant sandwich and a mocha.

You will have access to anything in the house and the building.

This charming apartment is walking distance from the lively Downtown area, Gaslamp, and is very convenient for Convention Center visitors. There is a nice outdoor area in back with a gas BBQ and great seating area to enjoy a drink or meal in the San Diego sun.

The bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed. We can also provide an air mattress upon request.

There is a well-stocked and spacious kitchen with a dishwasher and everything you need for home-cooked meals.

The apartment is on a wide street with FREE street parking and has very easy access to the freeway, so you don’t have to deal with Downtown traffic when visiting other parts of San Diego

If you are visiting San Diego without a car, you will be a block away from the bus stop and a few blocks from the trolley stop, and a mile from the ferry if you want to check out spectacular San Diego bay. The same ferry can take you for a day to Coronado Island.
Uber and Lyft are always a few minutes away and there are now electric scooters and bikes for rent all over San Diego. Please make yourself aware of the laws before riding any of the bikes and scooters.

Check in time is 4 pm. You are able to arrive at any time that is convenient for you. All check in instructions are listed in the house manual along with other pertinent information.
