Everything was as described. Perfect for our 4 nt. stay. The host response time was swift, the unit was very well furnished/appointed with everything you need and nothing you don't. The bath towels were of good qualit, the shower pressure delightful and the bed comfortable. The washer/dryer came in handy as well. I'm a bug when it comes to cleanliness and this place was immaculate, including the bathroom fan and the lenai. The community pool was clean, peaceful and a great place to relax. The location was great. Across the street from publix, a nice cuban restaurant and a couple other restaurants. Walking distance to Evie's for pizza and the Breeze (local bus for nominal fee) picked us up right on Clark and dropped us off at a mall in Siesta Key area where we picked up the free trolley so we didn't have to wander to find a parking spot. Detwilers is a nice market in the area offering good fresh produce. We don't typically stay at the same place twice but my husband said he'd def stay here again if in this area. It appears not every condo in the complex is maintained as well as this one but in general the maintenance crew does a decent job. They even went as far as to bring more loungers for folks at the pool which was nice gesture. Thank you sir for your hospitality.

Beautifully Decorated With Beach Decor

This condo was super clean, was decorated with great taste, and had all the modern appliances and accessories you could ever want. The location is super close to Siesta Key Beach and all the local attractions tht Sarasota provides. I would highly recomend stayinh here if you are by yourself or are a couple.

We had a great stay!

We had a great stay at this beautifully decorated and clean condo unit. It's a short drive from The Siesta Key, Crescent, and Turtle beach. There is so much to do and see around Sarasota area. We'll be back.

Clean property and convenient location!

This property was great!! It was incredibly clean and I loved all the small touches that made it feel like more than just a "rental". The property was only 3 miles from Siesta Key and just a 30 minute drive to Venice and the Sarasota Airport! We would definitely stay here again!

Great for Extended Stay

The unit is completely renovated, modern and clean. The kitchen is exceptional, larger than I expected and had everything I could wish for. Cooking was a pleasure.Bed and furnuture were comfortable. The decor is cheeful, bright and relaxing. Very well done.The exterior and property are well lighted at night and safe. The host was a pleasure to speak with and encouraged me to contact him if anything came up. I had no issues.Thank you for a great stay!

Great stay, property manager very helpful

Very clean and nicely decorated. Gabor was very friendly, helpful and easy to work with. We had a great relaxing time. The pool was heated to a comfortable temp. The location was great. a couple miles to the beaches plus close to shopping and restaurants. We will be back.

Short visit

The grounds to this apartment complex was poor. Also, the building itself. Very run down. Garbage everywhere. Pool was nice, however, around the pool there were bottle caps and other things. The apartment itself was clean and had things we needed to enjoy our stay. Owner was accommodating. Returned my messages in a timely manner. The apartment was next to a five lane highway. Very noisy.

Beautiful place in a perfect spot!

The place is adorable! Very well decorated and such a fun, bright, and clean place. Wonderful communication with the host. He was very attentive to our needs and responded quickly. We did a lot of fun things in Sarasota and found the location to be perfect. Close to stores and restaurants and not far from the beach and museums. We would easily stay again in the future! It was perfect for the two of us!

Wonderful vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! It is so clean and well equipped, with everything we needed. It is nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and furniture, and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is a busy area, with shopping across the street, many restaurants and very easy to get places from, including the beautiful beaches. The pool is a very short walk from the condo, and is lovely! Our host, Gabor, was extremely responsive, before and during our stay, and we would definitely return !

Sparkling clean/highway is downside

We had a wonderful stay here. It’s conveniently located close to all of the attractions of Siesta key/Sarasota. Gabor is very nice and accommodating. He was easy to communicate with and gave quick responses to any questions. The place is immaculately clean and organized. The decorations are so cute and there are just really nice accents. I gave 4 stars for location because the only “surprise” about it from the website, is that the condo fronts to a 4 lane highway. There’s a small courtyard that you can sit outside and not be seen by the traffic, but the noise is there. Not a huge deal for us. We just enjoyed our coffee inside. Other than that, we loved our stay! I would stay here again!

Lovingly decorated

The first thing we noticed is how clean the condo was. It was decorated nicely with a beach theme and you could tell the owner had put in lots of touches to make the space feel homey. The bed was a king with nice sheets and very comfortable. Lots of closet space for clothes and to store our suitcases. We stayed several weeks so it was helpful to have the washer and dryer. The bath had a walk in shower with great water pressure. The kitchen had very nice pots n pans and other equipment. There were plenty of towels for bath and beach towels to use at the beach/pool. There was a nice outdoor space but the only negative thing was the traffic noise when sitting outside. The complex is off a busy road but a convenient location. Close to restaurants, bars, grocery, the beach and a trailhead for access to the Legacy Trail (parking, R/R, playground etc). The complex itself is a bit tired but the pool was very nice with a clean rest room. We did have a problem with the dishwasher which was remedied the next day (the owner put in a new dishwasher). The owner was VERY responsive and a pleasure to work with. It was a wonderful condo and we enjoyed our stay there very much.

Disappointment! Place is not as advertised

We arrived at our rental and were surprised to find a huge construction dumpster parked right in front of the entrance of the condo. There is no “front door designated parking”. I contacted the host immediately and was advised to find an unmarked parking spot. There were few of them - none near the entrance. Very inconvenient! Especially with two small kids. Two days later at 7am we woke up with the loud noise above our heads. It was the roof construction started. And continued till the very last day of our stay. I am sure, our host knew about construction since it’s an HOA community and they inform about any changes planned on site in advance. It would be nice to be told about construction ahead of time. Condo was described as “Completly furnished! Just bring your toothbrush!”. But in reality it was very sparsely furnished. The kitchen was poorly stocked with very cheap flatware, limited unmatched utensils and some crooked old frying pans. It had oven with a huge crack on glass top, which I am not sure if it’s even safe to utilize. Needless to say, we were very disappointed, when disposal broke and there was a water leak. And then the dishwasher broke as well - so we were not able to use kitchen for 2 days. We’ve been told a new dishwasher as well as new oven are ordered. In my opinion kitchen is important and needs to be fully functioning fro the guests to use. There’s no excuses for the host that didn’t have a chance to test appliances and replace them on time - no one should pay to stay here. Towels were insufficient for 4 people. I had to buy extra ones for us to use, the host brought us some on our last day of stay. The pullout couch is very uncomfortable (you can feel the springs). AC unit is dirty, the return grills had dirt coming out of it - which is making it hard to breath inside the property. The shower had some problems as well - turning cold water. We’ve figured it was the shower head water pressure problem - not solved at our stay. TV in the living room is small, no Netflix offered. Condo is located on Clark Rd - lots of traffic even at night! Backyard was useless - construction debris from the roof falling for days, making it dirty. The biggest disappointment was our host. He was unprofessional and not open to feedback and concerns. Because of all the problems we experienced, we were contacting him daily and some days multiple times, he always acted bothered. Do yourself a favor, rent somewhere else. Cheers!

It was a nightmare! She had arrived and demanded discount for not able to park .. As a host and owner of the apartment I compensated her after she complained. Gave her $150 for parking in another spot and I apologized. Condominium HOA does not tell me that work is being done on the outside . I did a big mistake not telling her about the trash container.. Mistake I will never do again. She was upset even before she occupied the apartment. I felt bad ..I have been a very responsive host and my other ratings reflect that. My wife and I are managing the the place and I know that it is spotless inside, clean every single time! And equipped with everything you need!Even brought her a kettle she asked for ! Ac is working not making dust. It is a 1 bedroom so water heater can and will run out of hot water when a family of for using it continuously. Stove had cracks on one heater plate on surface and it is replaced already! It was functional and working fine! I started to understand that sometimes no matter how much you try you can't satisfy everyone. I was polite, respectful and responsive.. I did my most for them and beyond . I apologize if she doesn't feel that way. But he way she communicated .. 2 am massages, demanding words and discounts, harsh attitude! I have a feeling that she had DONE this before with other hosts! Nevertheless I gave her another $150 Total $300 back! Well she didn't mention that in her comments since it's very detailed. As a host I DON'T RECOMMEND HER TO OTHER HOSTS! !
