Wonderful home for a family gathering. Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. I highly recommend this house and we hope to return annually for more reunions. Anna and her team were very communicative and promptly replied to my many questions.

Perfect for a girls trip with 8 ladies! Spacious with top amenities and clean. Centrally located to many tennis clubs and restaurants. It’s a luxurious and comfortable house at a very reasonable price.

The house was well organized. The shower in the master suite was not operating properly. The water could not be properly controlled. The kitchen can use some towels and pot holders. Also should have shower mats in each bathroom. Floors are slippery when wet. Otherwise the house met our needs and the host was very responsive.

The home was perfect for my 60th birthday celebration with my family and friends. Plenty of comfortable sleeping space and room in the living area for us all. The backyard space is the best of course with the pool and spa, ping-pong, and a new pickleball court. Very clean and well appointed house close by to everything you need in the desert. You will have fun finding the gameroom- hint its hidden in the garage!

Nice group home

Stayed here with a group of 8 during the Indian Wells tournament. House is close enough to walk there (about a mile) or a quick drive. Clean and spacious home, overall great stay.

Just returned from a family reunion. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the property and we are now considering the host's other properties for next year. The kitchen was stocked well to fit all our cooking needs. Even the knives & cookware were good quality. We were a party of 14 adults, so we probably could have used extra baking sheets, however we were able to make do with what was available. Most guests probably eat out anyway. I recommend bringing a couple kitchen towels and oven mits as we were unable to locate any. I am sure Anna would have provided if we had asked, but it was an easy run to the store nearby. I also understand that these items tend to get worn out easily and it may not be as cost effective to keep them in supply.Anna was a delight to work with and responded to inquiries timely. Truly appreciate her and her team!

Amazing House for Big Groups!

This place is really well furnished and set up for large families/multiple group use. The pool area is landscaped nicely and feels secluded due to the foliage. The master bedroom in particular is dope. Anna responds to communications quickly and was helpful with our booking.

Amazing Stay

We had a great experience with Anna. There was a bit of a hiccup with the home that we booked as well as checking in, but Anna and her team were communicative with us and took care of us. The home we stayed at was amazing and was in a great neighborhood! There wasn’t anything we needed during our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Great location, lots of room, fun for all!

We had an amazing stay and all ages (teen to elderly) had a fabulous time! The house is well stocked for all your needs, tons of room, beautiful backyard in a very quiet and secluded neighborhood. We had a blast swimming, playing in the game room, BBQing and making cocktails. This house is exactly as described plus more! The host is very responsive and lovely to work with. Thanks for hosting us Anna and team!

Beautiful!

This is such a lovely property. It was very clean! My fellow senior citizen girlfriends and I walked to the tennis center each day. It was a bit of a walk along a busy street, but we managed just fine. Very comfortable beds! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

I booked this property for my best friend's bachelorette party and we had such a great stay! There were 9 girls and there was more than enough space to hang out and play games. We each had our own bed (plus a couple of extras). There are 4 large bathrooms, so plenty of space to get ready as well. Everything was very clean upon check-in and the house came well-equipped with drinkware, towels, and other amenities needed during our stay. The property was also a close drive to the El Paseo shops, groceries and dining, Ubers were easy to come by and the drive to downtown Palm Springs was not bad at all. The host, Anna was so responsive and helpful during our stay. We came in August, so outdoor temperatures were over 105 degrees each day. She responded immediately with advice on how to cool down the pool to make it more refreshing. The arcade was also such an unexpected hit with our competitive group and I wish we spent more time in it!Overall, I was very satisfied with our stay at this property and would recommend it for group gatherings or families looking for a large space to entertain and chill out.

Spacious Home

The home is spacious with the bedrooms and baths nice size. It is well stocked. It is private in that there is only one side that borders a neighbor. The property management was spectacular working with us on a Sunday to reboot the Wi-Fi and responsive anytime we reached out. Really appreciated their efforts on our behalf.

The dishwasher had a problem on lower left side, making it hard to close. Also, would like to see some ice trays, there was no ice. We did not use pool or jacuzzi. Overall great stay, will come back

1sr annual family getaway

This was our first time to rent a home as a family. We had 12 people total and this house was perfect for all of us. The house itself is beautiful and in a nice neighborhood, inside the house is clean and beautiful. Big kitchen with a nice family room to sit and hang out, spacious dining room to eat, comfy bedrooms, modern/clean bathroom and showers. But our absolute favorite was the backyard!! We were in the swimming pool morning until night and took advantage of the bbq as well. Anna, the owner, was very nice and always responded timely. Overall everyone of us enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home. Thank you for the lifetime of memories!

The house was as described, just wonderful. We loved the pool and spa so much. There were plenty of loungers and towels. The management company was super responsive and made sure everything was above and beyond what we needed. We had a hard time understanding the bathroom situation from the descriptions so for anyone considering the house, there is a toilet downstairs and a full bath upstairs accessible to everyone from the hallways. Then upstairs two rooms share a full bath that is jack and jill style and downstairs one big room with two queen beds has its own "ensuite" bath. So the downstairs people do need to go into the bedroom to get a shower or go upstairs. It worked for us as we were all good friends. The dining table inside did only seat 6 people which may have been different form the photos and the common space inside was small. Luckily the weather was warm and the outside large and we could spend time outside and doing things around the area. We had a great stay.
