The Beach Barn - Dog-Friendly, Sleeps 10, Free Linen, Shibumi & RV Parking

4 Bedroom/ 2 bath, huge deck, and fire pit. Lots of beach chairs and one wagon available for guest to use. You will need to provide your own beach towels. Ocean views with a short walk to beach; paved the whole way to make wagon pulling a breeze. Walking distance to neighborhood playground, grocery/bait store, restaurant, and much more. NO smoking/vaping. 9:30 a.m. check out time. Fresh Linens/towels are placed in a sanitized plastic storage bin in each room for guests to use.

The Barn has a new a/c unit. There is also a free standing unit in the upstairs master bedroom for use in the summer when maintaining temperature is difficult. Thermostats are locked at 72 degrees to prevent overheating/freezing.

Dogs: There is a a non-refundable $100 Pet fee (2 dog max). A large crate can be provided if requested at the time of reservation.
Any dog found in or around a dog friendly property, that has not paid the pet fee, is a ground for expedited tenant eviction, forfeiture of all monies paid, and a non-declared pet fee of DOUBLE the normal pet free per pet, at the sole discretion of property owner.
