The four-bedroom, 5,000 sq. ft. villa is designed to offer guests ocean views from multiple vantage points. Boasting stately, tropical elegance, the villa is nestled within the landscape in a manner that provides privacy without obstructing the views.

Seen from above, one can appreciate the elegant footprint of the home, with a formal entrance that opens onto a lush Zen courtyard and the main home’s living spaces.

Inside, Pauoa Beach Oceanfront Villa is designed for easy, Hawaiian-style indoor-outdoor living; The main interior living spaces connect via folding pocket doors to the expansive covered lanai found at the rear of the home. This design allows the fresh ocean breezes to flow through the home and provides an ideal setting for sunset soirees.

The lanai welcomes you with a large, naturalist infinity-edge pool looking out towards the private members club and Fairmont Orchid beach just beyond.
Pauoa Beach Oceanfront Villa uses blue and white throughout. Combined with the warm hardwoods and earth-tone floors, the atmosphere is both welcoming and stately.

The chef’s kitchen is ready for meal prep, with ample work surfaces and updated appliances seamlessly integrated into the design. A dining table in the great room accommodates 10, and a large sitting area just beyond is a perfect space for pre-meal socializing.

Dining outside under the covered lanai is always an option. The lanai boasts its own kitchen, fridge, and grill, allowing for easy meal prep by the pool. The lanai’s bar area is a popular place to gather before and after meals!

Ample seating completes the outdoor dining and entertainment space, allowing for pleasant meals surrounded by the sounds of birdsong and the warm trades rustling through the palms.

The villa has four bedrooms, each with a private entrance. The master bedroom is a quiet retreat, with pocket doors that one may open to feel connected to the manicured landscape outside. The bedroom features a four-poster bed and an en-suite bath. With the doors open, guests feel as if they are sleeping just off the beach, with the sands and ocean beyond the edge of the club.
