Welcome to Selah. Relax. Unwind. Find your peace of mind.

Selah is a handsomely appointed, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse built over a lagoon and conveniently located close to all the amenities that St Simons Island has to offer. Serene surroundings await with beautiful décor, large TV, and comfortable seating for the big game or streaming your favorite shows. If you love sports, this property carries the full sports package with the highest internet speed. All of the TVs are ROKU streaming TVs.

Just off the living room is the waterfront deck. From here you can feed the giant turtles that call the lagoon home, watch the incredible sunsets, or just chill on the deck with your favorite cocktail. The kitchen, dining rooms and 1/2 bath round out the first floor. The kitchen is stocked with everything from an insta-pot to your very own coffee bar (both Keurig and Drip, along with a milk frothier). From a Thanksgiving meal to a quick bite before a day at the beach, you will be able to let your inner chef shine through.

Upstairs you will find two inviting bedrooms. The master has a dreamy king bed and the second bedroom has one queen bed and a twin bed with trundle. Each bedroom is completely equipped to achieve your highest level of relaxation. An essential oil diffuser along with a sound machine is located in each bedroom (and a TV too - if that is the way you prefer to unwind!)

Whether you are feeding the turtles, cooking that gourmet meal, or crashing after a long day at the beach, you will be glad you did it all at Selah!

Selah is located at Gascoigne Condominiums right as you arrive on the island. The complex has a community swimming pool.

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• One Dog welcome with $100/pup non-refundable pet fee
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles. No golf carts are allowed in Gascoigne.
• Approximately 2.5 miles to the Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access, about 2.25 miles to the Pier & Village areas

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towel and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Lovely unit just right for a small group

This condo was just the right size for 4 members of my extended family. It also came in helpful in helping with preperation for some of the food items for the family reunion that I had traveled several hundred miles to attend. We were all very comfortable in this clean and beautifully furnished unit.

It is conveniently located for activities on or off the Island. The price is right for the accommodation. The only reason I can't recommend it to a friend is its location near a major traffic intersection (noise). The property owner was nice in having a noise machine available though.

Disappointed

The property and surrounding properties are old with a dirty unkept feel. The king bed was terribly uncomfortable and the sheets were dirty on the bed. The couches were also very soiled and we did not use. It is VERY noisy as it is on the corner of a main thoroughfare; this was revealed in previous reviews, however. If you don’t mind old and noisy and an old mattress then this place is for you.

Thank you for your honest comments regarding your stay on St. Simons. We have passed your comments about the exterior of the units to the HOA and have lined up someone to clean the couches in this particular property. We strive to improve all of our properties in coordination with our wonderful owners. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about the traffic! Selah’s owners have provided sound machines in the bedrooms to combat the noise issues.

It was clean but many things about it could be improved. The location was great and we enjoyed feeding the turtles. Couches were way too soft and need to be replaced because of stains. Size was perfect for 2 people. Front porch steps were wooden and fell apart. Kitchen had adequate appliances and dishes.We drove around looking for tre spirits which was fun and saw the historical sites. We enjoyed the island and the restaurants we went to , recommended by management, were terrific.

My kids loved the turtles that swam right up under the balcony. The only downside was that it is located close to the street, so you can hear traffic in the master bedroom at night. It wasn't a huge deal for us, but may be if you're a light sleeper. They did provide a sound machine which was a nice touch. Overall, we enjoyed it and would stay again!

Cute Townhouse

Stayed here with 5 other friends. It was decorated very cute and had everything we needed. Would recommend to bring trash bags as the unit only provides one. It was a short drive to the beach and restaurants. We loved feeding the turtles off the deck!

Good location and comfy beds

10/10 for bed comfy level. You can feed turtles right off your balcony and our kids LOVED it. As comfy as the beds are I would definitely instal black out curtains for both bed rooms!!!! The master is lit up by cars alllllll night and the kids room is complete lit up by a street light. Other than that our stay was nice and appreciated the early check in.
