Great host (we checked in at 2am), real photos, sea views from EVERY room, secured area around the house with 3 pools and bar. The property is great and I definitely recommend it and will come back.

Wonderful

This is a gorgeous flat that has two spectacularly spacious balconies with incredible and uninterrupted views of the sea from every angle. The apartment itself is really great with plenty of room for us (a family of 5). There are 2 huge swimming pools that are open from 8am - 10pm each day and the nearby cove takes only 2 minutes to reach - this is a fantastic property. A few things would have made everything slightly easier, but they're very minor (eg, only one set of keys meant lots of co-ordination if somebody wanted to go back to the flat as there are lots of locked doors in the way to make the building secure). Overall, this is a fabulous property.

Eine große moderne Wohnung direkt am Meer! Die ganze Anlage und die Wohnung waren einen Aufenthalt wert. Die Betreuung der Wohnung war immer gegeben, jedes Problem wurde schnell gelöst. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist top, alles vorhanden in guter Qualität! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

tolle Wohnung

Super Lage. Erstklassige Möbel. Tolle geschmackvolle hochwertige Einrichtung. Leider wird der Reinigungsdienst nicht kontrolliert. Z.B. fusselige Bettwäsche, verdreckter Backofen und Herd. dreckige Dusche. Beim nächsten Mal lasse ich vorher grundreinigen.

Sensationell

Traumhafte Wohnung mit genialen Blicken von allen Zimmern aufs Meer. Sehr schöne Ausstattung. Es gibt einige Restaurants die man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Baustelle nebenan hat uns nicht gestört. Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind werden wir auf jeden Fall hier übernachten.

Conforme aux photographies ! Vue imprenable sur la baie de Punta Prima !

Un séjour extraordinaire ! Un appartement tout équipé avec des matériaux de très bonne qualité et confortables. Propreté irréprochable. Un appartement où il fait bon se reposer en famille et profiter des infrastructures et bien sûr de la mer! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme et la propreté de l enceinte.

brilliant winter holiday

Our second time winter holiday in this fabulous apartment.We stayed for 7 weeks this time . Only this missing was an ironing board . Perfect spot right next to the sea fabulous views large balconies .Heated pool but only if you are fully able ladders to get in and out sadly I am not able enough to do this . 20 minutes walk to the supermarket with plenty of other shops and restaurants .The chinese restaurant is good . The excellent restaurant the nautilus you can see from the apartment . this is good for a drink in the sun or a meal . everything you could possibly need quiet area very relaxing . Make sure you have your mobile when in the lift it broke down with us in it on one occasion but the lift company were great they kept ringing us to ensure we were ok it was only for about an hour . Due to the coronavirus we had to leave a little early as flights were being cancelled. We will be returning again next winter thank you Kate and Tim

Fabulous property in A1 location

Yes! Things were all ok until things started to go wrong caused by the freak 3 days of storms which caused chaos to the surrounding area. That’s when we realised that contact with the manager was a priority for us. It became apparent that because the manager had over 150 properties to look after we had to request priority of power etc etc which was fixed within 24 hours. However other requests fell on deaf ears like fixing the wi fi so we could get Smart Tv, like the toaster doesn’t work, like there is no ironing board and no kettle! The communication with Belgium owner dwindled too as she relied solely on the manager to get thing fixed. There was also not a welcome when we arrived, no basic food items that we normally get like milk, tea bags, water, bread and a cheapo vino,. This apartment is only 1 year old and construction of a 4th building opposite is still going in but this did not interfere with holiday. The big no no is that there was only 1 set of keys to gain entry and as the apartment is situated on the 5th floor you have to be in situ to let manager or other service personnel in....not ideal as we thought we were in holiday! Also while the smart tv was down there was no remote for the satellite tv service so we could not change channels which we thought was odd! Was not one of our best holidays but fab place if the wind and weather is kind!! John

Good morning, John, You really have no luck with the weather: a storm like this does not happen every year, thankfully! Annick, the manager in Spain, did as she could knowing that all the tenants of the rentals in Torrevieja contacted her "urgently". Again, it is not recurring that the weather conditions are so bad. It is therefore exceptional that all tenants have so many requests, all at the same time. Normally, despite the number of rentals to manage, Annick can therefore satisfy customers. I hope you had a good holiday, despite the weather, beyond our control. Caroline

Excellent location!

Loved this place. By the ocean with great views. Close by to many restaurants and short day trips to different cities around Valencia and Murcia. If you don’t mind the traffic around the area is a perfect spot.

We had a wonderful 7 week holiday in this fantastic apartment

The apartment is exactly as pictured. All of the furnishing are top quality.The beds most comfortable and there is a plentiful supply of towels and bed linen. The location overlooking the sea gives you the most fabulous views from both balconies. The swimming pools are just brilliant. The adult pool was the nicest I have had the pleasure of using. There is building work being carried out at the moment,but when the 3rd swimming pool and 4th block of apartments is completed I am sure the grounds will reflect the 5 star quality of the apartment. The building work does cause some noise at time but because the apartment is so beautifully appointed you just use the 2nd balcony which has an equally wonderful view. There is a very nice restaurant across the road Nautilus, good value food and friendly staff, a short walk around the headland brings you to the pretty little beach of Punta Prima, with its cosy little beach bar. There is also a more formal restaurant there called Punta Prima , wonderful for dinner or a evening drink. There are more restaurants and bars along the main road which is a good 20 minute walkaway . the supermarkets are a further 20 walk away over a footbridge . We had no car but a car would make everything easier and give the opportunity to explore the local area. We took some trips with the local coach companies, DavesCoaches and Rosa Tours which were great value. Taxi service in the area is good value and easy to access, All in all a wonderful place to relax and we cant wait to return

wonderful holiday

fabulous apartment even better than the photographs .Glorious sea views from every window .Very peaceful property it had everything we needed apart from a kettle we purchased one and left it there .Brilliant weather for the 4 weeks.excellent local restaurant you can see it from the apartment . The Punta PRIMA restaurant a longer walk is brilliant next to another beach ,We spent hours in the sun on the balcony just enjoying life. There is some building work a few hundred meters away but this caused us no problems at all .When this last block is completed there will be an additional swimming pool . We plan to return to this perfect apartment
