Jim Mountain Retreat is situated just steps from the Jim Mountain Trailhead in the heart of Wapiti Valley. Located at the top of the hill, this beautiful log home offers panoramic views and lots of privacy with seasonal hot tub. This five bedroom, four bath home is the perfect place to gather with family and friends. Winter & Spring Travel Notice: Cody offers plenty to enjoy year-round! Please note that Yellowstone's East Entrance and most park roads are closed to regular vehicle traffic from November 1, 2025 through May 1, 2026. During winter (December 15–mid-March, weather permitting), access is available only by guided snowcoach or snowmobile tours.

The great room on the upper level features a full kitchen, dining area and comfortable living room space with a television. There are two bedrooms on this level as well. The main bedroom offers a king bed, television and attached bath with a tile shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and views of Jim Mountain. Rounding out this level is a hall bathroom with tub/shower combo and a laundry room. There are 3 additional bedrooms in the lower level. The first features an attached bathroom, coffee station, king bed and access to a covered east facing patio, perfect for the early riser to catch the sunrise. The second bedroom on this level has 2 full size beds, walk through this room to access the 3rd bedroom on this floor featuring a queen bed, twin bed and attached full bath.

*There is approximately 2.5 miles of unpaved road going to the cabin. This mountain road is generally accessible to passenger cars, SUVs, and trucks during dry weather conditions. In periods of wet or inclement weather, the roadway may become hazardous. Under such conditions, access should be attempted only with properly equipped all- wheel or four-wheel drive vehicles.

*Disclaimer: This property does not have AC. At night temperatures drop to the 55 or 60 degrees and low to no humidity, opening windows at night cools the property down and lets in the fresh mountain air!
