This property was great except that there was not access to a bar. There was a tiki bar on the property, but only the (those with a wrist band) owners could access it. I do not drink often, but while on the beach it would have been nice to have been able to access it for all types of beverages. I thought I had read in the reviews that we could access the bar, but either way that would have given this property five stars.

Thank you for your review. We do apologize on the Tiki bar and wish we could have changed it but we do try to make sure guests are aware since May of the change made my a separate entity outside of Tops'l or us. We do hope in the future you come back to Beach Manor, it is a great condo building. Breathe Easy Rentals.

Great spot!

Condo was nice and clean with plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great location right on the beach. Loved the view from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

From start to finish our experience was top of the line. Excellent clear timely communication with courtesy and humor in proper balance. Great Accommodations!

We had a really great time. The view was fantastic and the condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The grounds and pool area were nice and the landscaping had just been updated. The beach area was well kept and beautiful. Location is great- close to several wonderful restaurants and stores.

Beautiful view

Great location and beautiful beaches. The view from the balcony is outstanding! Plenty of space and nicely decorated. The building in early April was quiet for us and the pool areas weren’t too crowded. The larger pool and bar/restaurant are an added bonus. Management was very responsive and checked in on us throughout our stay.
