This spacious & conveniently located 4 BR/4 BA, East corner unit at the Moorings would make a vacation spot for your family and friends. Enjoy gorgeous views of Terry Cove, Perdido Pass and the islands from your large wrap around balcony. Or, relax in front of the fireplace in your spacious and open living room. This gated property unit features 11â€Č ceilings, granite counter tops, fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances. Ice machine is not functioning so know there are ice trays in the freezer for you. TV's in every bedroom and den. Large pantry and closet space. The Moorings offers luxury-level amenities. Among these are a zero entry pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness center with sauna and steam rooms. Pier access for fishing. Area at end of pier for loading and unloading of boats (15 minute limit) Boat docking is for owners only. Restaurants walking distance or short drive.

Fantastic location

Beautiful condo- all rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Bathrooms were very nice and clean. Family room and kitchen have everything you needed for a wonderful family stay. We will be back!Cindy was awesome at communicating all our needs!

Family Vacation

We had the best time and the condo was fantastic. Plenty of room for everyone 5 adults and 3 kids. The pool was very nice and we loved watching the boats go in and out. We caught fish from the dock and chartered a boat from the marina next door. The owner was very helpful.

Incredible accommodations and location!

We have been doing family vacays for 8 years with our adult children and grandchildren and have always stayed directly on the beach. We weren't sure with this being on the intercoastal but our concerns quickly dissipated. The beds are very comfortable the open floor plan is amazing, balcony large and the pool is fabulous. There is a restaurant with an outside bar just an easy walk of 50 yds. You are just minutes to the beach shopping great restaurants and more. We all think this property is our favorite by far! We enjoyed the space, the location and the host was very attentive. All of our family said we would definitely return to this property. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Wonderful stay

Been coming here since it was built as it belonged to my mom who has since passed on. I was happy to see that the unit was available for lease when planning our family vacation this year. Our recent stay brought back so many glorious memories for my family. It’s such a wonderful place with so much to do! We didn’t want to leave.

Have stayed at the Moorings for 22 year's we love the place. Kid friendly,grill on lanai,is important. Haven taken grandkids the last 8 year's. Also the condo manager was a great help. Looking forward to next year.

Property was perfect! In the 6 years of vacationing in Orange Beach this is by far our favorite Property. Gorgeous view and spacious accommodations. No complaints. Only suggestion is to retake the profile pics. They do not show the REAL beauty of this location. Ms Cindy was the best and responded immediately to our minor concern. Would Love to come back if she would have us. Ms Cindy you dont know how much your location and this trip was to my family after soo many trying family issues. This was our dream vacation and Property. Thanks Ron and Family!

Great place!!

We have been staying at this property for 8 years. Our kids & grandkids love it! Couple of the bedrooms get a little stuffy so we have learned to bring fans. Also, listing says sleeps 10 but will actually only sleep 8 since they got a new couch & not sofa sleeper. But it works ok. Can’t beat the location!

Perfect condo on the bay! Great pool!

We loved this condo so much! The location, the pool, the unit itself
perfect! One of the best parts is its location. 1st floor. Easy access to your vehicle/parking! The room was even right beside a trash chute! The condo was clean and had a very well equipped kitchen! The ice machine was a major help! The location is convenient for restaurants, boating, fishing, and lounging by the pool! It was clean and the condo facilities were beautiful! I would definitely book this condo again! The owner was a great communicator! Highly recommend!

Disappointing

We have been renting here for about 15 years & have loved it! We were VERY surprised after towing a 25’ party barge from New Orleans to the condo & then learning for the first time EVER that we could not use dockage for the boat!! We were NEVER notified of the new rules & it cost us $300.00 to find a slip for only 3 days(all that was available) out of the week we were there on our family vacation! We spoke with a few owners & they stated that they were told way in advance to notify renters about this rule! Also, no ice makers in the condo, sofas were very worn & uncomfortable along with dining chairs & unit was barely cleaned!(found a shoe next to chair in front bedroom, toys left behind, clothes left in dresser draw. General condition of the unit was declined & we will not be returning, nor recommending!
