Welcome to Valley Green Lodge! Close proximity to all that the Asheville area has to offer, while offering peace and solitude with spectacular mountain views. We fell in love with the Asheville area years ago and now we are so thankful to be able to share it with you. Valley Green Lodge rests on nearly 1 acre of former farmland with gorgeous west facing views - Perfect for enjoying an amazing sunset. Our desire is for you to be able to relax in comfort with your family and friends.

Stunning views and awesome house

Our family stayed for the weekend to attend a wedding at a nearby home and the house was absolutely perfect! The views are incredible and the layout worked so well for us. Super comfortable beds, amazing hot tub and the kids loved the games and foosball table. We'd love to stay again for our next Asheville area adventure.

Peaceful and clean

The pictures of this property are beautiful but it is even better in person! The house was very clean, peaceful and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Beautiful property and views!

This house was amazing! Clean, comfortable, welcoming. Beautiful sunsets from the porch. Less than 45 minutes to everywhere we wanted to go…Pisgah National Forest, DuPont Recreational Park, Asheville. Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful Setting

Enjoyed our weekend stay. We were in town for our daughter’s art show. The house was set up for our 1 year old grandson while being very cozy and comfortable for the adults. The porch was fantastic with amazing views! The owners were very nice with great communication! We will be back in the future!

Nice View, Comfortable Stay

My family enjoyed our stay. My 11 year old loved the foosball table. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed roasting smores in the fire pit and looking at the cows in the pasture. Owner was very responsive to questions during our stay. Property not quite as secluded as we expected but it was a nice property and enjoyable stay.

Beautiful cabin, breathtaking views

We have stayed in quite a few rentals in Asheville. This one has surpassed them all. The views from the deck were absolutely stunning. House was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We knew this place was special when we arrived and walked in through the entrance door. We highly recommend this place.

Weekend Getaway

Our family wanted to getaway for a quiet weekend in the mountains. It was a a great choice. It was a clean and cute secluded home about 30 minutes from downtown Asheville. Great mountain views with a beautiful sunset. The hosts have clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Would stay here again. Recommended.

Just what we needed!

Our family needed a quiet and tranquil getaway and Vincent and Stephanie’s property was absolutely lovely!! The layout worked perfectly for our family of 5. Waking up to the beautiful sunrise and sitting on the deck to watch the setting sun overlooking the valley was a delight. Watching the cows in the neighboring pasture was so fun!!! Vince and Stephanie were super responsive, kind and kept us informed about what to expect from booking, to check out. If you want a peaceful farmhouse where you can enjoy God’s glorious creation with only a short trip to the Biltmore (a must see!), this is the place. We can’t wait to stay again!!

With Adirondack chairs around a lower-level fire pit, sofa and chairs on a deep upper porch, as well as ample indoor living room couches under large windows, this well-appointed home has plenty of seating to enjoy its beautiful views. We enjoyed the setting most about the house, but the accommodations were just as nice. Clean, comfortable and minimally - yet nicely - decorated for guest use, the house was well-prepped with basic supplies. The beds were memory foam and very comfortable. The only negative might be the 15 steps guests must take from the parking area down to the house, but that was only inconvenient when handling luggage. This home definitely deserves a five-star recommendation!

When we walked in the house, I was totally impressed with the cleanliness, the organization and the order of the home. Pictures look just like real life experience. All the bedrooms were beautifully decorated beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly clean and the views were fantastic. We had a wonderful experience I would recommend this Holm as a vrbo any day to anyone. You will get exactly what you see grateful we got to stay here for a family vacation.

Great Countryside Escape

If you’re looking for a getaway with great views and plenty of room, then this place is for you. Communication was great with plenty of instructions on what was needed during the stay. The place is well equipped for most of your daily needs and very clean and comfy. The only complaint I would have is that the exterior of the house, mainly on the porch was pretty dirty during our stay. Lots of webs, spiders, hornets nest and just dirt collected on the house. Nothing a good power washer couldn’t fix but just something minor that we noticed, though it is a country house. Otherwise, the rest of the property is beautiful and well worth a stay if you’re out this area!

Beautiful property. Very relaxing hanging out there on the back balcony and fire pit.

A great break

Just about 20mins from downtown Asheville, 15mins from airport. The house was very clean, beautiful views and plenty of space including parking. Perfect if you are looking to unplug and relax but still be close to town and great restaurants like Plant and The Admiral!

Wonderful Place!

My friends and I had a girls weekend in the mountains and this was a great place to stay! The house was clean and had plenty of space for us. The property was beautiful and the perfect place for a weekend away. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a mountain getaway

Tranquility plus a sunset!

I almost don't want to reveal this piece of Heaven, but it is worth every penny. The house was clean and well maintained. The home over looks pasture land, and mountains. The sunsets were amazing. It is also a bird watcher's paradise, from hummingbirds to peacocks. My young adult teens barely turned on thier devices. We just sat on the porch, and enjoyed Nature and fresh air. The house is a short ride to Asheville and the Biltmore house. We also found the Red Ginger Dimsum restuarant which was very good. I give this home 6+ stars!
