We have stayed in several VRBO's over the years and found this property to be the best in terms of its cleanliness, quality updates, furnishings, flooring, and available amenities to enjoy. The floor plan is well thought out and was very conducive to our needs. The pool and landscaping are expertly maintained. The property is centrally located in the Coachella Valley making various attractions and restaurants easily accessible.Nic is a very friendly, gracious, responsive, and welcoming host.Our experience couldn't have been better and would highly recommend this property for rental.

The property is well situated in a quiet and gated community. The house is comfortable, very well equipped for a longer stay. The beds are excellent. The host is very easy to reach. Fabulous Oasis in Palm Desert

This property provided exactly what we were looking for—privacy but close to our activities. We cooked in most of the time and the kitchen was fabulous. Stocked with everything.. The 2 car garage was so clean and such a nice space for our cars and equipment. We spent a month and hated to leave. So clean and spacious.. A small gated area that made us feel safe and easy to find the property. I highly recommend this property for a family of just friends getting together. We left with ideas for taking family back.!! Excellent all the way around! 5 stars to the host!!

Palm Desert Perfection

My wife and I, accompanied by our kids and grandkids off and on, have just returned from 38 days at Nic’s home in the desert. The location in the gated community is close to grocery shopping and restaurants, golf courses, and a short drive to El Paseo district. Nic’s home is beautiful, and well maintained, with comfy beds, an extensive kitchen with condiments, several large TVs, but the most impressive part of the property was the pool area. The pool/spa was heated for us through Nic and worked out well for the young grandkids. They also loved the mini putting area to keep them busy. Overall, this is one of the best properties we’ve been fortunate to rent in over 30 years coming to the desert, and would not hesitate to recommend.

Exceeds expectations

The whole property, it’s situation, cleanliness, equipment and obvious livability were exceptional. The surprise of a third full bathroom (shower) for this three bedroom house was much appreciated. The house is obviously occasionally lived in by the owner and family, as evidenced by the presence and properly put away children toys and stuffed animals, and this creates a warm atmosphere for the whole house and temporary occupants. The kitchen lacks absolutely nothing, including a double oven and all appliances are obviously recent, work well and well maintained. The bedrooms and beds are very comfortable and the actual size of all rooms and common areas are such that every occupant feels having breathing space. In short, it feels more like a home than a rented house. The backyard is also greatly enjoyable with the pool, spa, trees and flowers. Quite useful also is the double heating/air conditioning systems where the sleeping quarters can be heated or cooled separately from the common areas. The host, Nicolas, was also very easy to contact and always ready and available to deal with any question and small problems or arrange for those to be quickly corrected.
