Serene Superior Stay on the North Shore of Lake Superior!

Are you looking for a place to enjoy all that the North Shore offers? You have found it. You can go for the day and come back and put your feet up while you listen to the lake. Relaxing is all that you have to do while you are here! Three stories of Lake Superior views at this luxury townhome with high-end finishes. Maple floors, granite counters, custom cabinets, bedroom level washer and dryer, and a gas fireplace are just a few features in this lakefront townhome. Sleeps 6. There is a large lakeside bedroom upstairs with a comfy king bed for sleeping and the sleeping loft is also on the upper level. The lower level offers a sleeper sofa for guests along with a bathroom and a gas fireplace. A lakeside deck and patio allow you to be outdoors on multiple levels. The association has built stairs for easy access to the cobblestone beach. Please note that these stairs are pulled out in the fall/winter for everyone’s safety. We are located in Tofte and are just a few minutes away from Lutsen and the many activities the North Shore has to offer, including skiing, golfing, hiking, and biking, music, food and an active art-filled community. Visit the "Coolest Small Town in the USA" aka Grand Marais. It's just about a 25 minute drive away. Make your get-away dreams a reality and visit our beautiful Aspenwood townhome!

The condo was great. The kitchen was well equipped. Views were beautiful. It was nice to have a bathroom on all 3 levels. The master bedroom shade needs some work, otherwise it was a very comfortable stay.

Stay here!!

Beautiful property - open and spacious. So much natural light. Super clean. Property had everything we needed all questions were responded to promptly. Very quiet property. Deck with a beautiful view of the lake. We LOVED having 3 levels but if stairs are difficult for you this probably isn't a good property. Beach access also required a lot of stairs but the beach itself was wonderful and our girls had so much fun there. Would definitely stay at this property again and recommend it to anyone. Great location to get to just about anywhere on the North Shore. :)

Happy Place

The home was very nice, clean and in a perfect location for us. The beach was a wonderful bonus. The Northern Lights even showed themselves. We had a wonderful north shore vacation.

Excellent lake experience and great indoor space

There's a great gathering space on the lower level, the kitchen is well-stocked on the main level, and the sleeping area upstairs was comfortable. The view of the lake and sunrise was lovely from the upstairs bedroom and the kitchen. Even without the stairs to the lake in the fall, there's an area to walk outside and one could go on the rocks to get closer to the lake if you wanted to; I just didn't because they were wet and I didn't want to slip. Overall a lovely lake experience in a great location for driving to hiking and other activities.

The three floors of Lake Superior views were awesome! Property was well maintained. Would definitely stay there again. Thermostat set to 55 degrees upon arrival was the only downside.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting North Shore again. This property is located on the lake and we loved listening to the waves hit the shore. The location is perfect for day trips to see the whole area. The master bedroom king bed is very comfortable. Be sure to eat at Poplar Haus, it was a real treat.

Perfect location!

This was the perfect home base for all of our North Shore adventures. Centrally located with gorgeous views - we watched a bald eagle cruise the shoreline from the master bedroom window each morning. The bed was comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive. Great stay!

Overall nice. The only space to hangout is in the basement. Great view from master bedroom. Access to lake is nice but all rock and couldn’t find an access to the beach below. It would be nice to have hangers in the closets and dishwasher soap.

Great spot on the Superior

Our stay here was great. Comfortable place, nice king-size bed. Nice view of the lake. The nearby beach was a relaxing place. Was also conveniently located about halfway between Beaver Bay and Grand Morais. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Perfect North Shore Get-A-Way

Overlook Lake Superior! Wake up to a grey and misty view of Gitchi Gummi. Check out a full moon over the water. Short drive to Oberg Mountain hiking trail, Temperance River waterfalls and many other fabulous hikes. Loved our stay!

Gorgeous lake view, great for family

We fully enjoyed our annual summer vacation here. Jen has been responsive from the start and provided clear and correct instructions. The house is clean and has everything needed for cooking in. Rejuvenating to wake up to the full view of Lake Superior, and we can see the lake from all 3 levels! Close to hiking, beaches and state parks. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient!

This place is modern and clean. Beautiful views from all 3 levels, especially the large bedroom with king bed on the 3rd floor! Kitchen has what you need to prepare meals for your family. Plenty of towels but could use some extra rolls of toilet paper, hand soap in bathrooms, a larger garbage can in the kitchen and additonal seating in the lower level for a family. There is room to roam outside of the property and you are within 1 hour of many north shore attractions. There are many steps so this might not be a good fit for those with toddlers or individuals with mobility issues. Overall, this place fit our needs perfectly and we would recommend to others.
