The Space:

Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.



You’ll be welcomed to your temporary home by a charming exterior and beautiful front lawn. Feel free to park in the 2-car garage if you wish. This home was recently remodeled, and you’ll easily be able to see that as you step in and take in your surroundings. The open layout provides great flow from room to room, accented by neutral flooring and paint. You’ll love how modern it is, and the exquisite furniture and stunning interior décor provide vibrant pops of color. The professionally designed interior will make you feel like you’re living in a luxury, magazine-worthy home.



The absolutely gorgeous fully equipped kitchen will be a pleasure to cook in, featuring stunning quartz countertops, European-style cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances. The spacious living areas provide loads of seating on the funky, cozy furniture and are the perfect spot to gather everyone and make plans for your activities. You’ll love relaxing together around the TV and fireplace.



Your whole family or group will have ample space to spread out in the 5 large bedrooms and you’ll enjoy the best sleep ever in the luxurious bedding. They contain top of the line furniture accented by gorgeous décor and accessories. And the bathrooms are no less! There is a small powder room and 2 full bathrooms. The oversized master bath has dual sinks and a walk-in shower with rainfall shower head and body jets. It can be uncomfortable to use bathrooms that aren’t your own, but you’ll have no problem using these ones. They are all modern, clean, and soothing, promoting a relaxing atmosphere. You’ll also have access to a separate laundry room, so you don’t have to overpack.



As if all of that wasn’t enough, the backyard is a true gem. Glittering in the sun, you’ll have your very own large pool! The fully fenced in private backyard oasis is an entertainer’s delight with gorgeous landscaping, a cedar pergola, and relaxing lounge chairs perfect for soaking up some rays.

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

The Neighborhood:

Your home is in an excellent location! You’ll be in the Spring Creek neighborhood of Plano, Texas. You won't have to go more than a few blocks to find all the best shopping and entertainment. The University of Texas at Dallas campus is 15 minutes away. You’re also only 30 minutes to DFW airport and downtown Dallas and 40 minutes to AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026.



There is so much to see and do in and around Plano, and that’s not even counting the fabulous Dallas attractions. Take the family on an adventure and go tree-top trekking 15 minutes away at the Go Ape Zipline and Adventure Park. Andretti Indoor Karting is 18 minutes away and features go karting, bowling, arcade, ropes courses, and laser tag. Named one of the “Top 10 Trips to Take Before Your Kid Turns 10” by Parents Magazine, the kids will adore Plano’s most colorful attraction, the Crayola Experience, featuring 22 hands-on attractions. It’s just 15 minutes away!



If you’re looking to spend some time in nature, there’s no shortage of parks and trails nearby. Just 12 minutes away, Bob Woodruff Park and Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve are connected by biking trails, creating an 840-acre green space, making it a larger continuous park space than Central Park. It has 5 miles of soft trails and 3.5 miles of concrete trails, with several situated along Rowlett Creek. There is also an equestrian zone where visitors can ride horses. Bob Woodruff Park is home to a 200-year-old Bur Oak, the oldest tree in Plano. Enjoy kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding on the lake all day. Arbor Hills Nature Preserve boasts 200 acres and is 15 minutes away. It has 3 miles of paved hiking trails, 3 miles of unpaved hiking trails, and a 2.8-mile bike trail. You can also get a great view of the park from the observation tower. Both parks are home to lots of amazing wildlife!



There are many shopping and entertainment options, including The Shops at Willow Bend, a 13-minute drive. Legacy West is 15 minutes away and is the largest mixed retail destination in North Texas. It is home to the best in shopping and dining, with great brands and more than 20 restaurants, along with a Renaissance-style hotel.



Getting Around:

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something

you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.



Other Things to Note:

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest.



★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★



Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.

★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★



We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★



Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.



★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★



Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.

★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★



Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
