The second floor has a large deck and tower, & access and all three bedrooms, which all boast their own ensuite bathrooms. The primary bath features a teak wood bench and handrails. The laundry closet is also conveniently located on the 2nd floor. Sorry, no pets allowed. Meridian HOA allows parking for 1 vehicle and 1 golf cart in the garage only at this rental. Vans and large trucks will not fit. Boats and trailers are not allowed. Towing is strictly enforced by the HOA.
