Located on the 5th floor (with a lift) of a new-build residence, this flat can accommodate up to three guests. It comprises a lovely living room opening onto a spacious terrace, a fully-fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and an en-suite shower room. The Lima flat offers you every comfort for exploring our city, whether you’re here on business or for leisure.

Please note: roadworks are currently underway on the main road leading to the property, which may cause delays when travelling to the flat.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A comfortable living room with a double sofa bed, a table, a coffee table, a TV and Wi-Fi
- A fully equipped kitchen including: a combination microwave oven, hob…
- A bedroom with one queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with a shower adjoining the bedroom
- Separate toilet
- A locked garage in the basement with an electrical socket for charging a vehicle

Self-check-in via a key box located in a launderette near the property is available between 4 pm and 9 pm. For any arrival outside these times, a surcharge will apply and the keys will be handed to you in person.

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

Neighbourhood:
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market. You can easily reach the Île de Nantes and explore the Machines de l’Île and the Carrousel, a play and leisure area that will delight young and old alike.

Transport:
- By car: you can park in the secure garage located in the basement of the residence. An electrical socket allows you to charge your vehicle directly in the private garage.
- Nearest station: Gare Nord, about fifteen minutes away by tram
- Nearest airport: 17 minutes by car, 45 minutes by public transport
- From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in around 20 minutes
- Bus route 11
- Tram route: get off at Chantiers navals

The Cocoonr Agency:
The Lima property is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team who will show you round the flat, explain how everything works and hand over the keys. To get your stay off to a good start, we’ll provide you with a few Nespresso coffee capsules and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.
