Bright & clean 2 bedroom NON SMOKING unit with huge, GORGEOUS & uninterrupted views of the Gulf of Mexico. Beach is directly below our condo, you can't get any closer! Just under a mile from many favorite Gulf Shores restaurants & nearby shopping.
The Space:
*2 very comfortable bedrooms, 1 king, 2 twins *sleeper sofa in living room
* 2 full bathrooms w/towels and hand soap
* Huge patio overlooking Gulf of Mexico with outdoor seating, table, lounge chairs and 2 rockers
* Free wifi, Flat screen smart t.v. in each room
* Full kitchen w/large assortment of appliances
* Washer & Dryer
* One parking space with parking pass (other passes available for purchase upon arrival)
The condo has a roomy feel, perfect for 4- 6 guests. The primary suite has a king bed, tv, & en suite bathroom, with patio access and open views of the Gulf.
The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds with access to guest bathroom.
The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with gel mattress.
Our unit offers a washer & dryer for our guests' convenience (please shake out all sand before drying items) and two full size bathrooms.
We ask that you start a load of your dirty towels prior to departure to help expedite housekeeping.
While we provide you an initial supply (1 roll) of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend YOU BRING the following:
paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing & laundry pods, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, your own toiletries and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation. There are multiple groceries and souvenir shops within walking distance.
Chair & umbrella rentals are available directly in front of our condo on the beach.
Please do not use our white bath towels as your beach towels or you will be charged replacement cost.
We ask that you treat our unit kindly, as we have worked hard to provide updated furnishings and want them to remain in great condition for all of our guests.
Please do not sit on the furniture while wearing wet clothing. Please be aware that sunscreen will stain the furnishings, so if you are covered in it, please enjoy sitting on our giant balcony.
Parking Restriction:
Crystal Shores West prohibits on-site parking of RVs, motor homes, campers, and personal watercraft (boats, trailers, jet skis, etc.). There is a limit of 2 parking pass/Guest Registration Certificate (GRC) per rental. One is included with the rental. If a second pass is needed, please let us know ASAP so that we can send a request for money via Airbnb. Each parking pass is $40. The parking pass should be displayed on the dashboard of your car. Failure to do so may result in a fine to the owner of $50/pass which will be taken from your deposit.
Other things to note:
Access to ALL amenities on the property & within the unit are subject to change & DO NOT warrant a refund.
Refunds regarding weather are only given on the basis of an island evacuation. We STRONGLY encourage you to purchase trip insurance for any unforeseen situations.

My husband and I love to travel, however for trips longer than a weekend, we prefer staying in other VRBO properties. These properties allow us to feel as though we are staying in a home away from home, prepare some of our own favorite meals, and enjoy the places we visit with a more local perspective. We have been fortunate enough to own a VRBO property in the mountains, and now along the Gulf Coast, so we are thrilled to be able to share it with you!

This property has the most amazing balcony with stunning views of sunrise & sunset, along with fantastic star gazing. It is spacious and just so relaxing! We have been surprised by the clarity of the water, and our ability to see so much ocean life from our vantage point up on the 12th floor. The beach is literally just below our balcony and the gulf goes on for miles just out the patio door.

Our location is wonderful because it's close enough to walk to the center of Gulf Shores (being right under a mile) but far enough away to where you aren't exposed to all the noises that accompany the crowds. Enjoy the many Gulf Shores attractions including the Hangout, Bahama Bob's, Picnic Beach, Desotos Janino's pizza and surf shops as well as miniature golf!
Groceries and items for the beach available at Target, Publix, Rouse's and Walmart, all of which are located off Hwy 59 before you arrive at the condo. If you're coming during busy season (May, June, July and holidays) it might be best to stop off and pick up the groceries before you reach the complex, as traffic can get heavy.
For other shopping, there are the outlets located in Foley, there is also a yoga studio (Glow) right as you enter Gulf Shores on the left side of Hwy 59 that has a little store with Lululemon and other athletic brands and of course great yoga classes!
If Orange beach isn't too far of a drive for you, there is a great area called San Rock Cay that has adorable little shops and lots of great restaurants. A little further from there, the Caribe restaurant is another favorite place to eat.
A short ride will get you to Gulf State Park for amazing biking trails and hiking. Of course your condo is directly on the white sandy beaches that everyone comes to Gulf Shores to see!
