Located just 5 min. away from Lionshead Village, this condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer & fireplace. This condo features a King Bed in the master bedroom, a King bed in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the 3rd Bedroom. Whether you are looking to be the first one on the slopes or enjoy the day relaxing by the pool- this is for you.

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.

Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.
