The cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a loft with pull out queen sofa bed, living area w fireplace, game room, large kitchen and laundry.

The attached Cottage has a separate entrance, 2 bedrooms, one bath, a full eat in kitchen and living room with fireplace. Large yard and deck.

You cannot access the cottage through the cabin - exterior entrance.
BBQ grills. Hear and see the Little Colorado! Stocked with everything you need to cook and play! Walk to Molly Butler or several trail heads! Great location!

You are getting the cabin and the cottage and full property! Large back deck to relax and listen to the river! Large front porch on the cabin and a porch on the cottage. Plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of Greer! Large yard with plenty of room to play! The cabin and cottage fully stocked with linens, fully stocked kitchens, smart TV's and WiFi (we now have Starlink which has been awesome & fast!)

Due to fire restrictions in the area, no outdoor fire pits, fires, charcoal, or fireworks of any kind. There are gas grills for your use.

Plenty of places to sit on the front porch or the back deck and a BBQ grill for your convenience! A short walk to the river. Great location in Greer at the end of the village we are between Greer Lodge and the Red Setter! One Mile walk or drive to the Famous Molly Butler Lodge Restaurant and Rendezvous Diner! Both have amazing food and friendly service! Come stay awhile and relax! Parking for 2 vehicles in front of the cottage. Additional parking on the side of the property however we can not accommodate RV's or large campers.

We have four exterior security cameras on the property for security. One is located on the cabin front porch in plain view. One is located on the rear cabin porch by the back door that leads to the living room/game area. The third security camera is on the exterior of the attached cottage in the front in plain view. The 4th is in the side yard/backyard exterior cottage. We do not have any interior cameras.

Greer is a small, beautiful town in the White Mountains. It lies at an elevation of approximately 8,300 feet (2,500 m) and is surrounded by the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest. Greer Lakes is a fishing and scenic destination one mile north of Greer off FS 87B made up of three lakes: Bunch Reservoir, Tunnel Reservoir, and River Reservoir. There are paths in and around the lakes that would appeal to day hikers, photographers, and mountain bikers. There are many other amazing lakes around the area such as Big Lake, Sunrise Lake and A1 Lake. While Greer is a four hour drive from Phoenix and a four-and-a-half hour drive from Tucson, it remains one of the most popular summer vacation destinations in Arizona, as it is consistently 20-30 degrees cooler than the deserts.

We are located 20 miles (approximately 30 minute drive) from some of the best skiing in Arizona- Sunrise Ski Resort! Sunrise also has ski bikes- check them out if you haven't seen them- and a tubing hill with pulley to get you back to the top! They have plenty of Spring, Summer and Fall events and activities as well- check their site for info!

A perfect area to get away for some peace and quiet or to go out and hike and adventure. ATV/OHV trails in the area. Amazing fishing. A photographer and nature watcher's dream! Come explore and fall in love with Greer, AZ in all 4 seasons!

(Please note- You can not access the river from behind our cabin/cottage. To access the river- it is a short walk down Main St where you can enjoy it for miles and miles. From the property you can enjoy the sight and sound of it.)
