Thank you for taking the time to review. Unfortunately none of this was mentioned during your stay otherwise I would have helped with a solution to some of your issues. I recommend any traveler to inform their manager if they feel like anything is lacking DURING your stay. We typically don't stay there so we don't know unless you say something. Exact location is listed prior to booking. Blinds are in all windows and if you position them correctly, you will not have an issue with the morning sunrise, though I will look into blackout blinds for 2024 for those who prefer no light. As far as the kitchen items go, I am open to suggestions as we thought that we had everything that needed but might not be sufficient depending on your needs. Mini-splits do a good job of keeping up but do have trouble when it gets a little chilly which is why it is not rented in the off season. My recommendation is to place them on a high temperature during the day so it stays warmer at night, however the house is over 200 years old so, yes it can get a little drafty. I did have some trouble getting the landscapers there as they were lacking help during the early season like every other business in the area, but are now (as of June) keeping up nicely. The basement is not scary, it s a normal basement though you need to access it outside due to how the house was built. The siding/rot due to the age of the house creeps up fast. We are aware and are planning on repairs this year. The trailers were supposed to be moved by the owner, my apologies that they were not prior to your stay.
