This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfy sofa and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

There's also a pull-out double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The 2nd arrondissement of Paris is also known as the "arrondissement de la Bourse". Headquarters of the famous CAC40, it is known for hosting many financial players.

The main attractions are all within walking distance from here. You are only a few steps from the Louvre, the Place Vendôme or the Palais des Tuileries and their magnificent gardens.

The Montorgueil district, with its pedestrian street, bars, restaurants and shops, is a must to enjoy the evenings in the capital! Looking for a green space to rest or take the sun? I recommend the square Louvois.

Numerous exceptional shops, restaurants, bars, brasseries, cafés or small grocery stores in the neighbourhood, on the rue des petits champs or, not far away, on the famous rue Saint Honoré are at your disposal for a unique experience.

The area is also an ideal starting point for shopping, only 10 minutes from the Champs Elysées, Avenue Montaigne or Galeries Lafayette.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Sentier, is just a 4-minute walk.

Paris Orly Airport is about a 45-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
