Ideal for couples seeking a family-friendly retreat with ample green space and easy access to the vibrant city of Paris, my home is a tranquil haven just across from Andre-Citroën Park, known for its urban regeneration and captivating hot air balloon experience providing panoramic views of Paris. The world-famous Eiffel Tower is also within reach, approximately 30 minutes away on foot or accessible by bus 30 from nearby Cauchy. Lourmel (Metro Line 8 and RER C) is conveniently located a short 15-minute walk away.

Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a sunlit space adorned with an eclectic mix of vintage and contemporary furnishings, creating a unique and homely ambience. The 38m2 home features a comfortable living area with plush seating, a TV, and a small high table with two tall stools. The space extends to a spacious private patio furnished with garden furniture, inviting relaxation during the warmer months.

Though compact, the kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials to meet your culinary needs, and we provide complimentary coffee for your enjoyment.

The bedroom offers a queen-size bed dressed in hotel-quality linens and is enhanced with curtains for a restful night's sleep. In the bathroom, you'll find everything you need, including toiletries, towels, a hairdryer, and the added convenience of a washing machine.

High-rise residential and commercial buildings in Beaugrenelle Tower over the River Seine, many with views of the Eiffel Tower to the north. Upscale shops and restaurants fill the Centre Commercial Beaugrenelle Mall, whose rooftop has an apiary and a bird garden habitat. Hot-air balloon rides over Paris in good weather start at Ballon de Paris in Parc André Citroën, home to greenhouse pavilions and gardens.

The apartment is within walking distance of public transport and can be reached by services like UBER, LeCab and G7.

- The Eiffel Tower is 30 minutes by foot and bus and 17 minutes away by RER C.
- Gare Du Nord is 30 minutes by metro (interchange to line 4 at Strasbourg-Saint Denis)
- Orly Airport is 24 minutes away by car, depending on traffic conditions.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
