This cosy 30m² apartment in the heart of Paris is a great base for your trip.

Located in the 1st arrondissement, it’s a comfortable place for 2 with a double bed in the mezzanine and a sofa bed in the living area. You’ve got a kitchen with the basics, a washer for laundry, fresh towels, toiletries, and 24/7 guest support if you need anything.

Just so you know: It’s on the small side, and the mezzanine is low (you can’t stand upright up there). We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect, and can still enjoy a comfortable, convenient stay with GuestReady Essential.

The lively 1st arrondissement centres on the majestic Hôtel de Ville de Lyon and the 19th-century Fontaine Bartholdi on Place des Terreaux. Cultural landmarks include the renowned Musée des Beaux-Arts de Lyon, home to impressive Impressionist masterpieces, and the striking Opéra National de Lyon, redesigned by architect Jean Nouvel. Indie bookshops and vinyl stores fill the steep streets, while al fresco bistros line the cobbled plazas. Late-night music venues animate Rue St.-Catherine, giving the area its vibrant energy.

The property enjoys an excellent location just 100 metres from Metro Line C, near Boulevard de la Croix-Rousse and its famous daily food market, as well as the popular weekend antiques market. It is also close to the Musée des Canuts, in the heart of Lyon’s historic silk-weaving district.

Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach Lyon City Hall, Place des Terreaux, and the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Lyon, while the lively Presqu’île district is also just 10 minutes away on foot.

Nearby highlights include the famous traboules of Croix-Rousse, the ancient Gallo-Roman sites, the charming streets of Vieux Lyon with its cathedral and hidden passageways, Basilique Notre-Dame de Fourvière on Fourvière Hill, and Place Bellecour — one of Europe’s largest open squares. The immediate area also offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and local eateries, making it an ideal base for discovering Lyon.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Croix Paquet (line c), is just a 10-minute walk.

Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport is a 45-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
