Primary Bedroom — Wake up to panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Santa Monica, all the way down to Palos Verdes from bed! Enjoy the sunrise each morning or if you’d like to sleep in, Indulge in the huge California King bed, luxury Frette and Sferra linens, AC/Heater, closet space, drawers for clothes, and ensuite bathroom with waterfall shower and heated towel rack. simply point the remote at the Shade Store blackout shade from the comfort of your bed for maximum darkness.

2nd Bedroom — Equipped with a plush full-size bed and luxury linens, along with a closet and a desk. It has a separate bathroom with shower.

We even have an extra inflatable bed!

BATHROOMS:

There are two full bathrooms downstairs. The master bathroom features a large walk-in shower with three shower heads and a stainless steel towel warmer. The guest bathroom is similarly equipped with a walk-in shower and a stainless steel towel warmer.

OUTSIDE SPACE:

It’s easy to enjoy the great outdoors without ever leaving the property. Step onto your private balcony with sweeping Pacific Ocean vistas, perfect for sipping cocktails while keeping an eye out for dolphins or enjoying stunning sunsets.

PARKING:

1 parking space in a covered carport. A 2nd may be available for a fee. There are 80 steps to get to the unit from the parking space, so get ready to develop a beach body during your stay!


ACCESS:

Let yourself in at your own convenience with the smart lock and never worry about losing your key with the smart lock system. You will have private access to the entire unit, including a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Enjoy our outdoor hammock/fire pit/seating area located across from the front door along a shared walkway. Just a few steps to the left is a separate terrace overlooking the ocean with a table that is great for enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book, eating your meals, and having sunset cocktails. The shared terrace is accessible by 3 other units, although we rarely see anyone out there.

NEIGHBORHOOD:

The property is nestled in a scenic residential neighborhood, offering both serenity and convenience. It's perfectly situated in Malibu, with quick access to Santa Monica, the Palisades, and the entire Westside. Perched on a Malibu bluff off PCH, you're just a short walk from the beach and the Getty Villa. Whether it's business or leisure, you'll find all you need nearby, with amenities, world-class restaurants, and entertainment just a 5-10 min drive away.

A short walk will bring you to the beautiful and secluded Ratner Beach, where you can swim, relax, walk, check out tide pools, picnic, and watch the sunset. Other nearby beaches include Topanga Beach, Castle Rock Beach, Sunset Beach, Will Rogers State Beach, and Santa Monica Beach.

THE BUILDING:

The building was built in the 1970's, & is located just a few minutes walk from the beach. There is a stoplight so crossing PCH is easy.

Please read the house rules before booking.

We LOVE pets, but you MUST ask before booking, as sometimes guests who are very allergic have booked after you and we need to make sure we provide a safe space for them too. Please tell us the breed, weight, if your pet is house trained, how much it barks, and for how long it will be left alone at a time. Pet fee is per pet.

Since we can typically only rent for 30+ days and we maintain almost 100% occupancy, when booking, please don't leave gaps of less than 30 days before & after your reservation and the start or end of the previous or next reservation.

If you need items for a baby like a Pack n' Play, let us know in advance so we can get those out of storage for you.

For your safety, there is a Ring doorbell camera & a Ring camera on the right side of private balcony pointed downwards towards the balcony and out towards the ocean. They record audio/video when there is motion but can be seen at anytime.
