These folks are laughable and delusional (full, un-edited email below). 1. We gave them a full refund for 1 of their 2 nights (before I realized what they were doing) within mins of them sending me the first email. We truly felt bad for their allergies. I said sorry 3 times (read below). 2. We are a scam for having renters pay more money for having more people and or a dog in the house? Every host on this site charges more money for having more people. Same with every hotel on the planet. They had 9 people in my house but only paid for 5 (the max is 7). All this is clear as day when you reserve the house and in the property description. 3. And they had a dog when it says no pets allowed in the property description. EMAIL: I am so sorry that you’re having a bad day. Yes, one night free is no problem. Just to be clear and transparent. All of the sheets were changed. The sheets in the master bedroom were changed yesterday right before you came via cleaning crew, they clean the house and put the sheets on. In my sons room, which is the queen bed on the far end of the house. Same thing there. The two bedrooms next to each other. They had new sheets put on right after the last guest that were here. But no one has slept in them. But to your point the cat may have slept on top of the bed. I can’t really speak for the piece of wood. I’m not really sure what you’re talking about there. And then the switchblade I’m not really sure about that either. But I do apologize. Yes we do have a cat that is an outdoor cat but sometimes she does come in. I will update the profile so that it mentions the cat for future guests. I know it mentions a cat in the house rules. But I will get it updated. I have refunded you one-night stay. I have also updated the listing to mention allergies with regards to pets. Thank you for pointing this out. We’re always trying to get better. I hope you guys can salvage the rest of your time. Hi again Allegra, just wanted to apologize again for your experience. That was not the experience we wanted you to have. We hope the one night free was enough to make it right.? But I do need to ask some questions. I can see from the video on the front door you had at least 6 adults and 3 kids in the house.? And I also saw a dog.? And lastly, did you lock the doors on your way out? Because when I got home the front door, the side door to the garden, and then the door to the patio were all unlocked. Please let me know how you would like to handle these.
