## Neighborhood

All the shops and facilities you need for your stay are nearby: supermarket, Maison Shaimi bakery, restaurant options. The centre of Nanterre is accessible by shuttle bus or on foot, and we recommend you visit it for the market (Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday mornings) or to eat at La Cabane or L'Apostrophe. Discover Mont Valérien, with its fortress and memorial, before taking the RER or train to Paris. You will be taken to the Arc de Triomphe, the perfect starting point for a tour including all the capital's most iconic monuments. La Défense and its famous concert hall can be reached in 30 minutes or less.
