THE VIEW
Let's start with the area where you will spend the most time in the condo – the spacious deck. Located on the second floor, the deck is more like an additional living area with a comfortable lounge sectional and custom wrap-around bar. Whether relaxing on the sectional or eating breakfast on the bar you can enjoy the panoramic ocean scene playing below. From your lofty vantage point, you'll enjoy watching surfers catching waves, families playing in the sand, or sailboats out on the water. Pacific Pearl is an especially great condo for sunset viewing as you'll see the color paint the sky not only above the waves but through the harbor boats and lighthouse as well.
KITCHEN AND DINING
Upon entering the condo and walking onto the main floor you'll find the remodeled kitchen with new appliances, granite countertops, and cabinets fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you'll need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your getaway. Enjoy your meals outside on the deck or at the beautiful coastal dining table that seats 6 with three additional spaces at the kitchen bar.
LIVING AREAS
Continuing through the dining area you'll find the living room with ample seating for all. The extra-wide sofa is a custom piece that allows for more comfortable lounging and relaxation simply by pulling out the extended pieces and turning the sofa into a lounge bed (see pictures). For entertainment feel free to enjoy the games provided in the buffet console or watch your favorite shows on the flatscreen mounted on the wall which is a Smart TV. Log in to your Netflix, Disney+ or Hulu accounts and stay up to date on your favorite shows. For the occasional cold winter day – or to create an ambiance – enjoy the warming glow of the fireplace. The main floor balcony is shrouded by green foliage to provide additional privacy.
The upstairs loft also serves as a great lounge area with a reading chair by the fire, a large bean bag chair, and a comfortable couch and ottoman. This is a condo with multiple gathering areas both indoors and out!
The condo has 2 bathrooms, both with walk-in showers.
SLEEPING
G312 comfortably sleeps 6. There are ample sleeping configurations provided throughout the condo to accommodate a variety of group dynamics. The upstairs loft has a queen over queen bunk bed with an additional air mattress provided. The main level bedroom has two queen beds with personal reading lights for each bed and a large dresser. Both bedrooms have large flat-screen TVs mounted on the wall with cable channel packages.

-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building
-A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.
-Hi-speed wireless internet is provided free of charge.
-The owner has also gone above and beyond to provide you with additional supplies for fun throughout the complex. These are typically not provided and need to be rented from security. They include BBQ utensils, billiard balls/cues, and ping-pong paddles with balls.
-G23 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, a beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (4).
-The owner has also provided a beach wagon and cooler to make your trips to and from the beach a little easier!
**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

G312 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.
If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing.
