The accommodation

The studio includes:



- A room open to two people with a 140x200 Simmons bed

- A two-person sofa bed 140x200 with a mattress 20 cm thick. Sheets are provided.



- Large wardrobe with plenty of storage.



- Kitchen equipped with a double vitro-ceramic hob, a hood, a washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a kettle.

We provide you with essential products upon arrival (coffee, tea, pasta, oil, sugar etc...)

Possibility to order at the time of booking a charcuterie and cheese plancha, small bottle of champagne (40 euros for 2 people).



- 32-inch TV with Amazon Firestick TV including Amazon Prime Video, Canal+ Series, Disney+, Molotov TV to access all TV channels.



- Bathroom equipped with a toilet, a level shower with sliding door, a washbasin unit with storage, an electric towel rail.

Toilet linen is provided.



- Balcony fitted out on garden with panoramic view over Brive



- Private terrace of 16 m2 with table, chairs and sunbed.



- Hot tub for 6 people with massage jets, max 1 hour/day, no use after 9 PM. Notify reception upon welcome message.
