AMAZING…EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS.Three families (adults/teens) spent 5 nights here. The house more than accommodated our group. Bonus, one of the other “children” used the office as their own room so that he didn’t have to share the bunk room with younger boys. We thoroughly enjoyed all amenities…pool table, sauna, fire pit, hot tub. The kitchen had every pan, dish, utensil imaginable including 2 HUGE pans for making eggs, meat, etc for a large group. There were also 2 crock pots that came in super handy. The home was stocked with laundry soap (for BOTH laundry rooms), dish soap, napkins, paper towels, etc. The house was larger than expected…we comfortably enjoyed watching the World Cup, a movie, etc together in the main living room. Coming from the TX summer heat, we were concerned about air flow and keeping the home cool, but AC is not needed and the cool evening temps along with provided fans helped keep the home cool at night. We easily connected to the Sonos speakers throughout the house to enjoy our music (using the Sonos and Sonos1 app…some speakers are older and require the older app). There were plenty of towels. We also did a few loads of laundry including towels while there.Tips/Notes:bring eye masks for summer sun in upstairs bedrooms.many spices are provided, we were glad to have brought garlic.may want to buy olive oil for cooking.the frig produces filtered water and ice.the pool table room has an ice maker.

Nice home, great for families & friends

Easy check-in process. Only a 3 minute drive to peak 8 or a 100 yard walk to the slopes if you want to ski down to peak 8. Stayed with another couple and our daughter-- plenty of space with nice living area.

Ski 2025

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is as described. We had 2 families in the house and it provides plenty of gathering space. Sauna is a big hit for our family. Even with the lack of snow we were able to ski in/ski out. The home was very clean and check in/check out was very easy. Communication was top notch from River Ridge staff. This was our second time renting this house and look forward to staying again.

September in Breckenridge

Beautiful and spacious home. Great for several couples and families to enjoy. This home has everything you need - and more. Easy access to town of Breckenridge and area activities. Everything was first class!

Incredible house on the slopes

The house was spacious and well kept. Slopes were just up the street and we were able to ski to the house. All in all a great place for a great price!

Luxurious ski retreat

Timber trail was a pleasure in every way. The house is spacious and comfortable. It’s an easy walk to the mountain to start your ski day and and skiing back to the end of the heated driveway can’t be beat. The hot tub, pool table, and multiple fireplaces perfectly complimented our ski vacation.
