ABOUT THE HOME: 30A Stars & Stripes is a professionally decorated and fully remodeled home just a short stroll from the beautiful waters of the Emerald Coast! This home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including 2 king suites with en-suite bath, a bunk room, and a first floor queen suite with adjacent bath. The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen are flooded with tons of natural light and 12' ceilings. The kitchen is finished with high-end stainless-steel appliances, custom tiles, granite countertops, and is fully stocked with everything you may need to prepare a gourmet meal, with additional bar seating for 4.

ABOUT THE AREA: Located in Seagrove Beach, the house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, minutes from all the action. Guests have access to two community pools, one of which is just a 1-minute walk from the home, tennis courts, hiking trails and more. You are a quick 5-minute walk to the beach and only 2 miles from the resort town of Seaside, where you can enjoy many local shops and restaurants. Infused with the charm of family-owned establishments, Seagrove stands out as a quintessential beach getaway.

BEACH ACCESS:
One Seagrove Place: is on Seagrove Place about 100 yards south of Scenic 30A across from Robert Ellis Street and has a shower and no parking. The access is across Scenic 30A from Cassine Gardens subdivision and next to One Seagrove Place Condominiums, one of only two high rises on Scenic 30A.

Beachwood Villas Access: is on Scenic 30A across from Beachwood Villas, Somerset Bridge Road, and the Tom Thumb in Seagrove Beach, Florida. There is a bike rack but no car parking, and the access has a shower and quite a long boardwalk to the high bluff overlooking the gulf.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
