Your private living space features a fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with your own private keyless entrance. Sleep like a King or Queen on a high end incredible matress.

Super close to the beach! Fully remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath residence with private keyless entrance. Makes late arrival absolutely no problem.

Comfy Retreat in Del Mar

This cute little studio was perfect for my stay! It was spacious, had all the amenities I needed & very convenient to the beaches, shopping & all the activities I had planned in Del Mar & San Diego. It was immaculate & had the most comfy bed. My host Keri was a pleasure, she made everything so easy. I definitely recommend staying here the next time you are in the areaatea.

Great room and location

Great location and quiet neighborhood. Room is perfect for one person. Parking is convenient and within walking distance from a supermarket and small shops. Easy access to the highway.

Coziest little Beach House!

My wife and I stayed here this weekend and it was so cozy such a comfy place to shower is beautiful. We just had the best time! They hooked us up with a bottle of wine that was fantastic and they were all sort a little snacks and a couple water bottles like literally everything we could’ve really asked for!!

Great little spot for overnight beach trip. Walls were a little thin so you could hear all other residents conversations but other than that it was perfect for what me and my girlfriend needed. A+.

Lovely Del Mar Room

A very lovely room in a private home with a separate entrance and dedicated parking spot. As I was traveling solo, it felt very secure. Although near I-5, it was very quiet, with restaurants and other amenities close by. Would definitely recommend.

Del Mar - quick work stay

Tired of overpriced hotels in the area, so decided to try a VRBO stay on this business trip. Very quiet, clean, with friendly greeting basket and information binder. Incredibly convenient to my office and located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. Small shopping center with restaurants and grocery a few blocks away. More dining and shopping nearby Very nice hiking trail with trailhead blocks from the property. Provided great start and end to my days.

Beautiful Private Cottage in Beautiful Neighborhood

I booked Keri's wonderful one bedroom for a Girl's trip and found myself having the most exquisite beach retreat. Keri's one bedroom suite has everything one could want for a magical beach stay: open, airy, quiet, beautiful neighborhood and just 5 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. Keri has thought of EVERY detail for her guests, from a gift basket upon arrival, coffee station, extra blankets and all amenities in the bathroom: hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Open the double glass french doors at night and during the day for a cool ocean breeze, and relax and read in an authentic Adirondack wooden chair on your patio. Keri is the ultimate host: kind, professional and communicative. Im looking forward to my next stay.

We had an emergency come up and weren't able to stay both nights. Keri was kind enough to re-emburse us for one night and we are truly grateful. She also gave us a bottle of wine so that we could celebrate our wedding anniversary. Keri is a great host and glad we had an opportunity to stay in her location.

This was an amazing experience! I am going thru a divorce and needed to just clear my head! And I honestly am sooo thankful I came out and did this! And decided to go with this rental property! The no tv in the room makes you have to leave and explore. Which I don’t mind. I wish there was a bike though lol! But I was thankful I had friends who lived in SD still! Thank you for the amazing experience! I didn’t drink the wine because I’m a red sweet wine gal. But I appreciated all the little touches, it was so thoughtful. 100% recommending to my friends!
