🏡 Privacy: This is a separate, detached casita situated on the same property lot as the main house. Each unit has separate entry. The driveway is shared space with designated parking spaces for each unit. Both homes are fully private with no other shared space.
🏠 Historic Build: This casita was built in the 50's and still carries it's historic charm with some updates. It is very small so please make sure you are comfortable with tight spaces before booking.
🐶 We are pet friendly! We welcome 1 dog to accompany your stay (non-shedding, less than 25lbs). A $200 non-refundable pet fee will be added on to your reservation.
🍽 Cooking: This home does not have a dishwasher. Drying racks are provided.

As your beach getaway comes to an end, we kindly ask you to follow these quick steps before checking out. Please turn off all lights, fans, and HVAC; lock all doors and windows; start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes; leave used towels on the bathroom floor and beds unmade; and remove all trash and recycling. Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you for staying with us!
