This 3 bedroom townhome is situated directly on La Bête golf course in Tremblant. The spectacular forest and mountain surroundings offer amazing views in all four seasons. Featuring an outdoor seating deck with BBQ, astonishing views of the golf course, this is the ideal location for your Tremblant getaway.

The complex is situated 8km from the Tremblant resort pedestrian village, close enough to enjoy all the action and activities while still being in a peaceful and relaxing environment.

As you enter, you will find 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the main floor. The large living area and cathedral ceilings allow sun to pour in while you make your way upstairs to find 2 more bedrooms each with its full en-suite bathroom. | - Bedroom 1 : 1 queen bed with ensuite bathroom / Bedroom 2 : 1 queen bed with ensuite bathroom / Bedroom 3 : 1 queen bed / Safe and clean stay : All bedding is washed in industrial machines at high temperature and then pressed.

You will receive a detailed check-in guide 48 hours prior to arrival.

Customer service is available everyday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. An emergency number is provided upon arrival. You will be able to reach us at all times.

A ten minute drive will bring you into the heart of the famous and colorful Tremblant resort pedestrian village where you will find tons of shops, restaurants, activities and of course, the number one ski and golf resort in Eastern North America.

From this complex, the best way to get around is by car. Mont-Tremblant public buses are free all around town.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
This is a friendly reminder of our house rules:
1. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.

Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.
