Welcome to beautiful Breezy Winter Park Home where you can relax and enjoy! The home is situated in a short drive to Downtown Winter Park, Downtown Orlando, Walking distance to Starbucks, Ross, Publix, 7-eleven, restaurant, grocery, gas station, stores, and LA Fitness. A short drive to UCF and Rollin College, Fullsail, Walmart, Home depot, I-4 to Disney, Universal and Fun Spots! ! No matter you are here for vacation or work, you will not be disappointed! Be ready living here like locals do! Fun outdoor pool and screened patio offer you more for relaxation! There has a guest house on the opposite side of the main house for rental as well. Sometimes, you may hear some noises but overall you have your own privacy. Your host Snow is ready to help for any questions, feel free to reach out! *The property is under Outdoor Camera Surveillance. One camera is at entrance, another is a outdoor lighting camara located in the backyard where is the highest roof line is.**

Quick Orlando Stay

The host Snow was very helpful. They replied to my questions quickly and effectively. The house was just as described. It is an older home, but very nicely updated. The one suggesting that I have is to put a full length mirror in at least one of the rooms. The only mirror was in the bathroom which made it a bit uncomfortable when getting dressed. The

Always a perfect place

This is the second time we have stayed at this home. It is always very nice to know that it will be clean and safe! Such a great location close to everything.

Just okay.

This place was as described, beds and sheets were clean. It is an older house but has been updated with nice counters and new flooring. Having said that, I don’t think the floors have been swept or mopped since they were put in. I kept shoes on the entire time I was there. It is advertised as having a washer/dryer. We needed to do laundry once we got to the VRBO, only to be told by Snow, that the washer/dryer were in The garage and currently not available due to previous renters. It served the purpose but I will not rent here again.

Nice

I enjoyed my stay at this property. Pool was dirty after the landscaper cut the grass but property was clean and comfortable. Front of the house got really cold but back of the house was warm. Communication was great with Snow. Would stay here again.

Peaceful & relaxing

Everything was of top standard, decor is lovely, house is clean & well-maintained. Pool was the highlight of our stay. Hostess, Snow is quick to reply to any questions or concerns.

Winter Park Stay

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Snow's rental property. Snow was very accommodating with my needs. It was comfortable and quiet. The only advice I would give is if you need to use the washer/dryer while away make sure to let Snow know before you get to property. It is locked in the garage but Snow came out right away to give me access to them so I could use them.Snow answers in a timely manner when I had questions to ask. The home was clean and the temperature was perfect. I would recommend and I would stay again when I am in town.

Nice house, very clean - plumbing issues the whole time

The house is nice, and it was very clean, but the plumbing was not draining the whole time we were there. The host let us use the toilet and shower in a different unit, but we had no toilet or shower that was usable in ours. That is not what I paid for. I understand that problems arise, but this one would have been easily remedied by calling rescue rooter and having the drain line routed out. Instead, her solution was to keep pouring chemicals into the tub and toilet to try to dissolve whatever was clogging the line. This condition continued for the duration of the trip. Unfortunately, due to the plumbing issue I can't give this property a good review.

Very clean. The description says the property has a hot tub, but it doesn't, that was upsetting. The owner wants the AC at 73 which is way too hot. More coffee pods are needed.

Great place to stay! Note: No hot tub.

There is a guest home on the side of the house. The guests for the guest home arrived and knocked on the front door so we helped lead them in the direction of the guest home. House could use some updates, but great place to stay. I stayed with my best friend for a girls trip but would also be a great family spot to stay. The twin bed mattresses are very firm. The pool and outside area could use some attention but we very much enjoyed the refreshing temperature of the pool. The listing states there is a hot tub, but there is not. That was not a big deal for us, just something we noted. The house was very clean and we highly enjoyed the back patio!

Wonderful and just as expected!

We had a great stay at this house while visiting winter park! The house was just as described and was very clean when we arrived! Check in process was a breeze and the property manager was excellent. Had everything we needed, will definitely stay again when back in the area.

The pool was cold, the house is split with a room being rented on the side, we could hear voices and loud music through the shared wall. Not much privacy.

The property was nice and clean. the host was responsive and kind. This was a oversight on my behalf the property has one bedroom. How it sit is kind of a inconvenient. I would upgrade the home to adding a bathroom. We were there one night and it was the coldest night in Orlando 29 degrees. The front of the house was warm and the back of the house was freezing, freezing:)

The property was clean and id very good condition We arrived in town at noon with a check-in at 4:00. We sent the host a message about 10am to get the access code and didn't hear back until 4:01. We were beginning to think we would not hear from Snow and began looking for Plan B. We also thought he mattresses on the single beds were a bit thin. Overall, it was a good experience (after we got the access code)
