We offer this spacious, renovated 18th-century farmhouse for rent in the heart of nature in Gérardmer, ideal for recharging your batteries. This charming 250 m² house with mountain views and private sauna can accommodate up to 12 guests. It features a lovely 70 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a 4,000 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- Entrance hall with cupboards and storage space
- Ski room with shelves and hanging space
- Relaxation room with sauna, massage table and shower
- A 70 m² living room comprising a lounge area with TV, sofa and corner sofa, and a dining area with a large dining table seating 12 people.
- A kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room
- Separate WC

1st floor:
- Office area with sofa
- A master suite with queen-size bed (160x200), cot, changing table and bathroom with bath and WC
- A dormitory room with 4 single beds, one of which is a mezzanine bed.
- Two connected bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

Additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 4,000 m² garden where you can enjoy outdoor games in summer and winter.
- A 20 m² outdoor terrace with deckchairs for sunny days
- A 16 m² covered terrace with plancha, table and chairs for al fresco dining.

The house is ideally located in Gérardmer, at Les Bas-Rupts. Children can go tobogganing right next to the house, in a very pleasant natural setting. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.

- La Mauselaine downhill ski slopes: 10 minutes by car

Transportation:
- By car : you can park directly in front of the house, outside. The accommodation has a shed where bicycles can be stored if required.
- Nearest train stations: Remiremont 30 minutes away, St Die Des Vosges 40 minutes away and Epinal 45 minutes away.
- A car is essential to get to the accommodation.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made on site). Prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.

- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. You may be asked to pay a flat-rate supplement on site (arrival between 7pm and 9pm at €40, arrival between 9pm and midnight at €50).
