- Bedroom 1: master suite with double bed (140×190) and en-suite bathroom with bath and WC
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: two sofa beds (sleeps 4) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail

- A beautiful 5,000 m² enclosed garden, private, well exposed to the sun. There are two awnings to cover the terrace, as well as a barbecue, two garden furniture tables and 12 chairs.

The house is ideally located in Mortagne-sur-Sèvre, on a 7-hectare plot bordered by a pond and 5 hectares of woodland. All amenities are close at hand: tobacco bar, roadside restaurant 2 km away, shopping centre 5 km away, Japanese restaurant and brasserie in the centre of Cholet.
