Casa Velo is a Mid-Century Modern home built-in 1965. This unique home features three bedrooms each well-appointed with a queen bed. There is also a queen size high quality Aerobed brand air mattress available that allows an additional two guests to sleep in the living room area.   The Master Bedroom has a 3/4 bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. This home comfortably accommodates a family of eight or four individual couples sharing a residence during their trip to Tucson. Casa Velo has multiple outdoor living spaces including an outdoor kitchen, 4 person hot tub, fire pit, and water feature which further adds to the uniqueness of the property. The incredible custom metal artwork throughout the interior and exterior of the home is sure to impress you with its craftsmanship and attention to detail. Casa Velo include a desk with computer monitor with HDMI cable, remote keyboard/mouse, and color inkjet printer making this home and easy choice for those needing to work remotely during their stay. This home is equipped with Comcast’s 1 Gigabyte high speed internet offering you the fastest WIFI available in a vacation property in all of Tucson! Guest Access:

Parking available in driveway as well as in oversize 2 car garage available for guest use throughout their stay. There is a sliding gates which opens up to an Airstream RV we have installed permanently at the property. The Airstream RV is a segregated area on the property, but it does rent out separately so you may need to share the driveway during your stay. Guests in the RV will not access any portion of the house, the backyard or the hot tub. You can add the RV to your rental for $80/night plus a one time $80 cleaning fee if you want total privacy assuming it is not already reserved. Renting the RV will add 3 more beds and a full bathroom allowing the house to accommodate 12 guests.



Other Things to Note:

The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.

We accept dogs not cats for an additional $120 nonrefundable pet fee. The backyard has been modified to contain medium and large dogs.

This property uses Comcast 1 Gig High Speed Internet and all TVs are streaming only, no cable box. You will need to log into your own accounts on Neflix, Amazon, Disney etc to use TVs.

If there are any issues during your stay, please contact the host and give them the opportunity to address any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay.

We no longer make exceptions to the published cancellation policy for any reason so if you want to be extra safe should you need to cancel, please purchase trip insurance.



There is an RV on the side of the house that rents out separately. Guests in the RV will not access any portion of the house, the backyard or the hot tub. The RV Guests will share the driveway but the area where the RV is located is separated from the rest of the property. You can add the RV to your rental for $80/night if you want total privacy assuming it is not already reserved.



This property has a front gate camera that is remotely viewable and records upon seeing motion. The camera is not actively monitored but acts as a safety device to track and record who enters and exits the home should there ever be an issue. This camera is very conspicuous and is the only camera located at this property.
