• Upstairs: The Master Bedroom features a private terrace with sea view, a King Size bed, and a full bathroom (bathtub).
• Main Level (Living areas): 4 double bedrooms, each with a private shower room and WC (one of which is separate).
• Garden Level: 2 double bedrooms, each with a private shower room and WC.
• 4 bedrooms are equipped with a safe.

The grounds are fully enclosed and offer complete privacy.

A member of our team will welcome you on-site to hand over the keys personally. We will take this opportunity to introduce you to the villa's amenities and provide the Domain access badge. We will arrange your arrival time together prior to your stay.

Parking and Transportation
The villa features secure private parking within the property (gated entrance), capable of accommodating several vehicles.
A car is recommended for getting around the estate and reaching the village or beaches (located approximately 3 km away).

Estate Access
The resident access badge provided upon arrival allows free movement within the private Domain and use of the reserved access routes to Gigaro beaches.

Availability and Service
We remain at your entire disposal to prepare for your arrival and answer any questions regarding the villa or the local area.

During your stay
We prioritize your privacy and tranquility. However, we remain available by phone or message to:
• Assist with any technical or logistical needs.
• Recommend the best local addresses (restaurants, private beaches, shops).
• Arrange à la carte concierge services upon request.

Included Services & Comfort
The rental rate includes:
• Final cleaning.
• Full household linen (bed sheets, bath towels, and pool towels).
• Intermediate cleaning to refresh the villa during your stay.
• For stays of 2 weeks or more, linen and towels are changed weekly.

Administrative Formalities
In compliance with local regulations and for insurance purposes, a rental agreement reflecting your Airbnb booking details will be signed before your arrival. A valid ID may be requested.

House Rules and Neighborhood
• The Villa is located in a quiet, private domain.
• Parties and loud events are strictly prohibited.
• We kindly ask guests to respect the neighborhood's tranquility, especially on the terraces during the evening.

Pool and Garden
Pool maintenance (heated depending on the season) and garden care are carried out by our staff via a discreet weekly visit.
