The Arbor Model, Terrace Condo offers guests 1120 Square Feet of perfectly planned living space. Enjoy the privacy of the split-bedroom floor plan with a spacious Owner's suite complete with two walk-in closets and second bedroom with a full bathroom.
The open concept living space makes entertaining easy between kitchen with cozy dinette, adjoining dining room and living room with sliding doors out to the screened lanai. There is also an outdoor Storage Closet for each Unit, which is located just across the hall from your front door. This condo offers guests a prime location in the community and all the comforts of home including linens, a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable sleep and living accommodations. The Babcock National Amenity Center includes a Clubhouse, Restaurant, Tennis and Pickleball Courts, A Resort-style Pool w/ Lap Lanes and a Heated Spa. There is also a Poolside Tiki Bar & Grill, a 24 Hour Fitness center, Aerobics Studio, along with a Sauna & a Full Service Day Spa, all for your use and enjoyment. The fine dining restaurant at the ENCLAVE, located inside the Babcock National Clubhouse is NOW OPEN!
