Hi Amy, We are glad you enjoyed your stay. The issue with the balcony was disclosed completely in the listing when you rented. We understand the balcony issues have been frustrating to everyone...guests, owners, and managers. We look forward to all balconies at Maravilla being repaired and released for use by the end of 2022. David, thank you so very much for your review for ADORA! The internet connection at Adora has been fully restored! The dishwasher does indeed work, there is just a switch that needs to be turned on before attempting to power and use the dishwasher. We will ensure our Property Care Team post a label with instructions for future valued guests. The gym is currently under renovations at the Maravilla, however, our neighbors next door at the Marriott are allowing our valued BTVR Guests to use their gym at no additional cost at this time until Maravilla gym is back up and running on-site!
