BEST EVER! Over the years, we have rented many houses, cabins, condos, etc... The Delray-Chapel Hill Private Resort is hands down the BEST!! Not only is Darcy everything great you read in the reviews, they have also immaculately cared for and equipped this home. We usually have 1 or 2 things we need to get to use in the kitchen, but not in this case. It as if we were family and not "renters". Plus, the amenities, pool, lanai, and the upkeep of the house and yard are above all others. The neighborhood is quiet and a beautiful/comfortable "throw back" Oasis to vintage mid-century Florida, with very appealing 2020's updates. This house is no exception. It has the vintage feel with all of the 2025 comforts, not to mention the care, maintenance, and decorating pride the owners have put into this home. No investment dollar spared here! I say "home" because that is just how Darcy, the neighborhood, and house made us feel. You will truly feel like a 5 Star Guest here!! We hope we earned the privilege of returning as guests.

We had an awesome stay! The house was exactly as described and Darcy was extremely helpful and kid throughout our stay to make sure we had that we needed and was very accommodating! We will definitely be looking to stay here again as it was a perfect space for our family of 6!

Family holiday trip

We had a lovely stay at Darcy and Bruce’s home! We had a large group with a few young kids as well as local family spending time with us - and the house was perfect for us. Clean, modern, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of seating for meals and hanging out, great outdoor living space, and lovely pool. Hosts were easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect house for us!

This was the perfect place for our group of ladies playing in a local golf tournament. It was a great location..close to the golf courses, WPI and it had everything we could possibly need close by. The house was beautiful and had all the space and comforts of home we needed/wanted. Having the pool there for a quick dip and the relaxing patio with comfortable furniture made it easy to unwind and relax. Thanks to our host!

Loved everything

My extended family and I stayed here for a long weekend. WoW. We can not say enough good things about it. The house has EVERYTHING you need. I lost count of how many times we all said “they have thought of everything”. Clean, well appointed, stocked with essentials, as described in photos. Will most definitely stay again.

Had 7 total. 4 adults, 3 kids. This property was perfect. Home was in great condition. Bedding, towels, kitchenware was all great. Owner truly wants you to enjoy your stay. Plenty of space for our group of 7. Kitchen was awesome for making meals. Outside area was amazing too. So much space around the pool. Lots of shade too!!! Finally a VRBO that lives up to its listing and then some!!!

Fantastic stay!!

We stayed over Fourth of July weekend. The house perfectly corresponds to the pictures! It’s very spacious, the furniture is comfortable and decorated with taste. It’s greatly located as well. Neighborhood is very quiet so too much noise is not really appreciated by the neighbors. kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you will need to prepare fresh meals. We had a great stay! Family Spring Break

We were looking for a relaxing way to spend spring break, without having to worry about crowded pools and we struck gold!! Darcy does a great job communicating, and making sure our stay was on point. The heated pool was great, my younger two used the pool each night until they went to be. Inside was clean and bright, and everything worked as expected. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out and had their own spaces when needed. The master bedroom is away from the other rooms so that was nice. Quick drive to Gulfstream Park Beach (10 mins), solid food options within 15 mins (highly recommend Red Crab), and nice community where the house was. It was perfect and I highly recommend this rental home, I can't wait to go back!

Great property

We stayed here the week leading up to Christmas. We were 6 adults and had plenty of room. The pool and overall backyard are so lovely. There is plenty of room to spread out. The house is clean and well stocked. We had our local family over for an afternoon and everyone kept saying what a beautiful house. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the beach (and had great Christmas decorations). They had everything you could want. A very well thought out rental. We would definitely stay here again.

Slice of Heaven!

A very special home! Above and beyond the description and photos. Pool was big enough to swim and play. Lots of places to sit and lounge, plenty of shade. We went to the beach one day, but loved the pool so much, we wound up spending a few days just handing there. Beds were comfy, quality sheets and towels. Even the pantry was stocked with nice surprises like brownie mix and a new almond butter! Just 8 min to Atlantic Ave, a few min to the main plaza with Publix, liquor store, pizza, etc. A quality home managed by quality people (not some Vacasa-type outsource). They do not "cheap out" with one roll of TP or a lack of attention to detail. For ex, there was sunscreen, bug spray and aloe provided with the big pool towels; plenty of cleaning supplies; even detergent for the immaculate washer and dryer. This just makes us want to "pay it forward" for the next guest and help stock up the home. Darcy was proactive - making sure we had what we needed, smooth check-in. This is the real-deal - a 5-star listing that delivers what it says it will for a fair price. We would LOVE to stay here again when visiting family in Boynton.

Simply the Best

This property was absolutely perfect for our week long stay. We were escaping the Minnesota winter /spring and it was everything I could have hoped for. I am not the lead parent (my husband is) but we split our family trips this year so he took the older kids to his family and I was solo with the three younger ones to visit my brother. Thanks to the amazing layout and supplies of the home, I was able to accomplish things with MUCH greater ease than in my own house. The pool was a MUst for us, and it’s temp was always perfect. I LOvED the ease of the robot vacuum. Simple to charge and clean. Darcy was available for any questions, and we certainly hope to come back anytime I need to visit my brother. Thank you so much for a great and memory filled week!

Easy family getaway

We enjoyed staying at this house. The check-in process was easy, communication was great - and the listing set our expectations appropriately. Pool was warm and perfect for our kids, with plenty of pool toys to keep them busy. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners, pack picnics, and eat breakfast before our outtings. We did one beach day and borrowed the beach chairs, the umbrella, body boards, and a cooler. How lovely and easy! Some of us went for runs and walks in the neighborhood - it felt safe with many neighbors out walking dogs and stopping in the street to chat. The house was clean upon arrival, minimal checkout tasks, and just the right size for our family.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation with our two adult children. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and had everything we could possibly want. The house layout was great, with very comfortable seating inside and out. The orientation of the house provided sunshine on the pool for almost the entire day, therefore when we ventured out we felt comfortable we would always have sun while swimming in the backyard pool. A portion of the the backyard patio area was covered, which had comfortable seating for those who wanted shade rather than sun. The Sonos sound system gave of the flexibility to play fun music inside and out. All in all, cant wait to go back!!

Comfortable, clean, and set up with all the essentials

This home is beautifully renovated and updated. The living spaces were cozy and relaxing. The bedrooms were well furnished with comfortable beds. Each bedroom has good lighting and a ceiling fan with remote. The living room has a large Fanimation ceiling fan that is stylish and effective. The updated windows and doors were very energy efficient and helped keep the home cool during the hottest time of the year. The garage was very tidy and we really appreciated the Speed Queen washing machine for doing laundry--one of the best! The kitchen was a great place to hang out and sip coffee and eat breakfast in the AM. The large shaded sitting area by the pool was a great place to sit and chat while the kids enjoyed the very well maintained pool. The landscaping was mature and beautiful and we appreciated the natural shade on the shallow end of the pool which gave the little kids some protection from the sun during the morning swimming sessions. This home is in my favorite, childhood neighborhood and was close to all my family in the neighborhood. The host was professional, responsive and gracious. We will return and enjoy it again in July 2023. We loved it!

The Perfect Respite

While the circumstances of our trip to FL were not that of pleasure, we were able to unwind and enjoy our time together because of this rental! It was perfect from start to finish, honestly. The house was very clean and well stocked with the basics plus some. Darcy was a pleasure to work with and kindly accommodated our last minute late checkout request…you will want more time to enjoy the pool, I promise. Absolutely wonderful!

My husband and I rented this property for our adult family members to stay during our son's wedding. They don't get to see each other often and we wanted a space for them, away from the hustle and bustle of wedding prep, to have a vacation and spend quality time together. This was the PERFECT choice. The home is lovely, with everything you could possibly need. Check-in was a breeze and Darcie and Bruce were accommodating and delightful to work with!
