The apartment is located an 8-minute walk from the sea, on the 5th floor with an elevator. There is a supermarket (Tigre) right next to the building, and a nice little bar just across the street.
The apartment comprises a large living room, a dining area with a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and a spacious terrace with a partial view of the sea. There is also a possibility of providing a crib for the little ones. It has 1 bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and bidet, as well as a separate toilet with a WC and sink.
Additionally, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioners. Pets are not allowed.
